Lack of response when trying to return
I bought 2 pairs of hiking shoes- one for my husband and another for my brother as a gift. Unfortunately, both of them didn’t like the design and didn’t want them. The company website says they accept 30 days return with no reasons asked. Therefore, I attempted to return them, but the only option provided was to contact the company by email. I emailed twice and received no response.
I then tried to resolve the issue through PayPal, but again there was no reply from the company.
Due to the complete lack of communication, I had to initiate a chargeback through my bank.
This experience raises serious concerns about customer service and returns handling. I would advise others to be cautious before purchasing.
