We contacted several charter companies for a multi-day trip and chose this company specifically because they confirmed they could provide a 28-passenger executive minibus for an out-of-state route. That was the deciding factor for us.

About three weeks after booking, we called with a few logistical questions and were told that they could not provide the 28-passenger minibus and would instead send a 56-passenger coach. This did not work for our group (12 people) or our route, which includes areas with size constraints. The smaller bus was the entire reason we booked with them.

What was concerning is that this was not proactively communicated. We only found out because we called. At no point prior were we notified that the vehicle we reserved was no longer available or that there was an issue.
Based on that information, we agreed to cancel and had to quickly secure another company on short notice.

After that, we were told the deposit was non-refundable because we “canceled,” even though the cancellation was directly due to the company being unable to provide the agreed vehicle.

Overall, the issue wasn’t just the change. It was the lack of communication and the position taken afterward regarding the deposit.

Prime charter bus made it very easy to get a quote and schedule a bus fast. I was in a rush to find a bus for a big group of people and was able to get a quote and book within 1 hour at a very reasonable price . The driver was very welcoming and early to the pick up location and not to mention the bus was very clean on the inside. In the end i would recommend choosing them due to the fact that i have used other companies in the past that have been very rude and disrespectful and busses being old/ unkept.

Prime Charter Bus really helped me out a lot. The person who helped us book was named Frank, and he made it a breeze and was super accommodating. The driver they hooked us up with was on point, maneuvered the bus well, and he was punctual and cool. Their busses were clean and comfy and the prices were cheap. In my opinion the biggest downside was that the small bus we got didn't have a bathroom, which was a bit of a bummer. If I were to book again I would get a bigger one with a bathroom due to the relatively small price difference. Overall, Prime Charter delivered a solid experience. I am going to use them again soon for my daughters wedding!

It was good because it's easy to reserve. The driver was kind and friendly. But, the additional fees were automatically charged and were very expensive.

The driver did not specifically mention the extension fee, so I mistakenly assumed that no additional charges would be made. It would have been nice if he had alerted us.

Nevertheless, it was a good service and I would use it again.

The bus was clean, the driver was prompt and on time. He was highly skilled as he had to negotiate the hills of San Francisco on a very rainy night. He was patient with the elderly passengers on the bus, which was the largest in the fleet. The experience couldn’t have been better

Our high school football team had an away game about an hour and 40 minutes north of our school. The charter bus we had booked earlier in the week cancelled on us the day of the game. I called around frantically and found Prime Charter and their amazing agent Frank who was so helpful. He couldn’t find a driver locally but kept searching and found one out of SF for a little more money. The district office paid the invoice and they had the bus on the way immediately. The evening went off without a hitch and our driver, Li even stopped for the boys to get In & Out on the way home. I really appreciate that Frank understood the urgency of the situation and got it done. We will definitely use this company the next time we need a chartered bus.

I chartered a bus for my birthday party. I had 40 people on a full sized bus. The driver Mike was very professional. He came in a suit and tie. He picked up and dropped us off to our restaurant location on time. The bus was very clean and comfortable.

My boss gave me the task to find transportation for our employee field trip we had about a total of 90 passengers.
This company was very easy to deal with and the rate was great compared to the others on arrival we got nice buses with leather seats . Will be using again
