Thanks Tim - Just want to say we appreciate what you’ve done for us throughout the year, been an awesome and seamless experience for our first year flatting.

Tim has been my first landlord and he has introduced flatting to us in the best way possible. I really appreciate all he has done for us. I highly recommend him and wish to have him as a landlord again in the future.

Having Tim Calder from Prime Campus as our landlord in 2021 made our first flatting experience super easy and enjoyable. Tim consistently and efficiently sorted any problems or issues we had during our tenancy and always made sure things were running smooth. I couldn't imagine a better landlord in terms of how much he genuinely cares about how we are and our experience is going, not just about the flat itself. He is always incredibly understanding with any problems or questions we have and is always looking to improve as a landlord to make flatting here beneficial to everyone.

Prime campus made my 2021 flatting year extremely pleasant. In particular, Tim Calder was a great landlord who was more than happy to help us whenever we needed. He had great communication and kept us in the loop with anything regarding the flat. Awesome year

Excellent. I have never had such great landlords that were so committed to ensuring that our flatting experience as a group was as good as it good be. Maintainance was performed in a timely fashion, and flexibility was allowed regarding moving in and out. Couldn't be happier.

Great to deal with. When anything needed to be repaired or replaced it was done effectively and efficiently.

Tim and Matt have been excellent landlords for us this year. Any problems we had at the flat they sorted out as quickly as they could. This made for a harmonious flatting experience.

The flat is great to live in, only a short 5-minute walk to university, a cafe (LB & Co) right next door that does amazing coffee and all-day breakfasts with great customer service.

I really enjoyed living in a property from Prime Campus. Everything was really well-organized and the response to any request was provided as soon as possible. I definitely would recommend it for people who like to have a house with minimum problems.

I have been studying in Dunedin for 3 years and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that Prime Campus is the best estate agency I have used. Other estate agencies are impossible to get hold of when there are issues with flatting and when you do they are slow to act.

Our estate agent Tim Calder was the first to break that painful tread in my experience. His communication with my fellow tenants and I was fantastic and he produced results the next day in every circumstance. We had issues with waste disposal, electricity to name a couple of the few. These issues were handled quickly and effectively.

What's more prime campus has its own eco initiative. There is a representative from each flat giving feedback on how their service and properties can be more sustainable. Our flat suggested composting, electricity augmentation, and upgrading the heating in the flat. All of these suggestions have been implemented or are being looked into. I am an environmental management and politics major with an ambition to get into policy analysis work or environmental advisory and it's extremely encouraging to seeing a company is accountable for their own carbon footprint in light of an absence of legislative compulsion to do so.

With regards to the flat, the estate agency's name "Prime Campus" says it all. I don't believe there is a property closer to my lecture theatres. This is ideal for time management and studies focus. What's more, the property was very modern, warm, and came with all the utilities needed for a functional flatting experience.

The only shortcoming for the flat was the difficulty of parking. I think this is more a reflection of the Dunedin Councils' initiative to move to a car free Dunedin Central area. With the University on the outskirts, parking has always been difficult. Though, I would say off-street parking would be helpful.

I would highly recommend Prime Campus to any prospective or current students at the University of Otago.

Enjoyable, fun year in this flat. Is a good scarfie flat with history and a great location for the university Prime Campus were also great in helping us maintain the flat.

Absolutely fantastic landlord and properties, landlord is very quick to respond to emails and will always do anything he can to help often going above and beyond. He genuinely cares about the properties and people that live in them and always strives to improve them by coming up with new ideas and taking on feedback from tenants. Would highly recommend

Superb organisation and communication. We asked a lot of questions about flatting and it was awesome getting informative answers from Tim, previous flat statistics sent to us too. Lots of flatting insight gained although we didn’t end up taking the offer.

The location was perfect and the flat was everything we could have wanted for our student experience. Prime Campus was really easy to deal with and you can really tell that they care about their tenants and have your best interests at heart. Above and beyond to provide modern and well-equipped flats with unique and helpful services! Highly recommend.
