UPDATE 9/13/2026: Prime Ads Space Ltd has responded claiming, “Fake review. we do not know them.” This review is not fake. I have documentation showing my payment and communications regarding the service I purchased. I am prepared to provide Trustpilot with the payment records and communications if verification is requested. Instead of addressing the payment and service I did not receive, the company has chosen to deny knowing me. I am requesting either the service I paid for or a refund.

I would NOT recommend Prime Ads Space Ltd to anyone.
I paid this company money for marketing services that were supposed to be provided to my business. They took my payment, but I did not receive the service I paid for. After paying, I was left dealing with excuses instead of the results and service that were promised.
I work hard for my money and I don't take it lightly when a company accepts payment and then fails to deliver what was agreed upon. I gave them an opportunity to handle the situation properly, and based on my experience, they did not.
Business owners, especially auto detailers: be extremely careful before sending this company your money. Get every promise in writing, keep screenshots of all conversations, and protect your payment information.
I'm posting this because I wish someone had warned me before I dealt with them.
My experience: money paid — promised service not delivered.
I will personally never do business with Prime Ads Space Ltd again, and I cannot recommend that any other business owner trust them with their marketing money.
I have receipts, payment records, messages and documentation supporting my experience.
Prime Ads Space Ltd needs to make this right and return the money for the service that was not provided.
