Great customer service; quick response; friendly and respective driver

get driver's information 15 hours before the journey, and good service.

Like for my last trip with Prima Drive, the punctuality was perfect, the car was in perfect state (it was a recent Mercedes), the driver smooth and smiling, and always with the best price I could find. No doubt I'll use the same company for my next trip.

Our cab was cancelled shortly before the pick-up time and the company did not have the courtesy of even calling and informing us. They only sent us an email a few minutes before pick-up and, when I called to complain, the operator responded very rudely and offered no assistance whatsoever.

Excellent drive, very professional, pleasant and safe.

If I could give less, I would. 1 hour delay picking me up, constant misinformation and never call you back.

Driver was polite and courteous. Unfortunately due to an office hiccup he was twenty minutes late.His driving was excellent.

Never pick up phone. Always says leave a message and no call back. No intimation of when the car will arrive or driver details of the trip.

I love the friendly helpful gentle well trained and mannered staff.

UPDATE: since the company asked for my booking , I booked it through MINICABIT.COM , for 16th September 2019,for 03:20 AM,and the first half of my postcode is HA0 , I think that would be enough info! You guys don't seem very busy as your driver over sleeps and the operator happily sleeps at work,I am confident you can find my booking there.

The driver never showed up
Tried to call the operator 5 times
Someone called Numan picked up twice ( no one picked up the other 3 times !!!
First time he was either sleepy , high or Drunk and failed to answer any of my questions
Second time that he picked up he was eating while talking to me
The only answer he gave me was the driver is on the way

A day later they emailed me and said the driver over slept ! So they lied to me on the phone

Anyways ! After 35 minutes I managed to get a black cab and paid more than twice the fee I booked these guys 8 days in advance and I was about to miss my flight

They either do not know how to work , run a business , or simple do not give a damn what happens to others

They simply lied to me while they were sleeping at work

On time, polite, helpful and a good price.
Recommended.

Easy fix when we wanted a taxi after arriving at the airport. Great service
