The company is a scam. I thought I was buying figur but they changed the order at checkout and sent these. This is theft, pure and simple! The German authorities are slow to shut this down, that is, if they are even in Germany! Shocking crooks, they need locking up.

Zelfs 1 ster is dit niet waard. Er wordt gesproken over niet goed geld terug maar er staat niet bij vermeld dat dit maar is voor 14 dagen. Hoe wil je zo het product testen?! Ook wordt er niet gereageerd op de ongeopende doos die retour wil. Klantenservice zeer slecht bereikbaar en het product werkt totaal niet!!!! Ik zal waar dan ook mogelijk is mensen gaan waarschuwen voor het feit dat dit oplichters zijn!!!

J'aimerais être certaine que cela fonctionne avant de commander car je n'ai pas envi de perdre 100€ .j4en ai assez des arnaques..;

It’s a scam people! They wasn’t on dragons den and they make fake websites also. I’ve seen other ‘slimming pills’ using the same dragons den story. PLEASE PEOPLE RESEARCH BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING!!!! There’s so many scams out there and gullible people!

cela fait trois jours que j'ai commandé aucun mail de l'expedition du colis impossible de les joindres par mail avec toutes les adresses qu'il donne adresse mail introuvable grosse arnaque je pense que nous allons etre beaucoup a depose une plainte car que le produit soit inefficace c'est une chose mais que l'on ne l'envoie pas c'est du vol donc grosse arnaque

De ene ster is nog teveel. Zeer misleidend met “niet goed geld terug” dit is binnen 14 dagen blijkt achteraf. Hoe kun je zoiets fatsoenlijk testen binnen die tijd. Waardeloos

I purchased a 2 month supply and paid £82.95.
As others have said, what an ABSOLUTE scam and rip off.
Followed all the guidelines but no weight loss or body composition change at all.
PRIMA are clearly breaking consumer law here in that their product is NOT fit for purpose, as stated in Section 15 of The Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act (2018).
Emails have been sent to customer service to request a full refund and of course, no reponse!

I ordered the promo for 3 boxes / 3 month, in december and started after the holidays taking them as the plan said. First week NO WEIGHT LOSS. Second also nothing but i didn't gave up. After the 3th week i starting the get more and more constipation problems! So i stopted after 1 month so one box was finished.
Asked for return the other the boxes!!!

I am confused . I thought I had ordered Liba , endorsed by dragons den . After quite a long wait I received a parcel from germany prima abnehmen on the box . The tablets were in a box not even closed . No invoice , no medication instuctions . Most of the writing on the box not in English. I took one tablet and have decided not to continue taking as I have no idea if they are a genuine product , the ingredients . I do not want to take the risk

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Started taking these as I am supposed to. I've put on 2 pounds over 6 weeks Vs loosing any weight. I tried to contact customer service, as in this thread they make it seem like they are super supportive. THEY ARE NOT. I was told I have 14 days right to return and since this has passed I am unable to get my money back. It took nearly 2 weeks for the tables to arrive, how am I supposed to know if they are working? It's a scam. Stay well away!

Like many others i though they have Dragon's Den backing so they must do what they say they do.... after taking them for 25 days i started to feel really REALLY sick and my weight had gone up a few pounds though my calorie intake had gone down and my exercise increased....?? so i'm doubtful they have a dragon's backing they don't do what they say; made me feel so sick and the money back guarantee is definitely not a guarantee... i wish i'd done my usual due diligence instead of spending £80 i didn't really have, an expensive lesson. I will however be investigating this further as i'd like my money back??

Absolutely waste of money they do not work sent mine back and still not refunded my money or contacted klarna to tell them to do the same. Sent 6 emails and no response. These pills do not work and they do not refund you

Bought these weight loss tablets as they claimed to be on dragons den. According to prima in 1 month I should of lost nearly a stone but didn’t so I bought a further 2 packs so £55 a pack so not cheap after the 3 months no weight loss and followed everything they told me to do. Don’t waste your money
