I’m so disappointed with some of the…
I’m so disappointed with some of the items I have received from PPP. I’m all for positivity, kindness etc but some of the quality is bad. The first item that was faulty was the planner, the last ten pages were creased and torn and falling out of the book, I was offered 5% refund 🤦♀️ sorry but that hardly touches the surface of the cost, the 2nd item is the new occasions binder. The binder itself is of poor quality with dents and marks on the cover, and the rings don’t close properly, so when I turn the pages they either fall out of the binder or get jammed. It came with some frosted zipped envelopes, again very poor quality, they are creased and bent so bad that the zip can’t be closed properly and the gold printing was scratched off in places 😭
Their signature quilted zipped binders are available on Alibaba for £3.50, exactly the same, but PPP sell them for £35 🤷♀️ and they claim these are their designs.
After a lot of research, PPPs products are mass produced in china and shipped to UK. Hence the disappointing quality of some items.
The A5 binder inserts are very very thin and tear easily and highlighters bleed through.
A lot of their planners, journals and inserts are very repetitive, they launch as “new products” but in fact they’ve just renamed or rearranged the products.
The girls come across lovely on their lives but behind a keyboard they can be quite snooty

this review is very authentic so you can check all you want, people have more than one email address you know, I have screen shots of “your” products on Alibaba, I wish I could upload them here. “Your” quilted binders are on Alibaba under several sellers, exactly the same. Your planners etc are on Alibaba, I’ve just found your pens on there and also your magnetic range of pads.

Update 9th July -
We as a business are fully aware that customers have a right to more than one email- the difficulty we have is when a customer who we are trying to help and resolve an issue with, won’t provide their name OR email address they placed the order under.
As this review isn’t verified (not linked to a purchase) this will be our last update before continuing to escalate with TrustPilot.
I think you have slightly misunderstood my previous email regarding our planners being sold online. I’m not disagreeing with you. In fact, I’m saying that our planners are fraudulently being sold online Alibaba, AliExpress, Temu, SHEIN and TikTok Shop. BUT I can confirm that this is all fraudulent activity, who have stole our product images and descriptions.
I can reiterate that we are going through a legal process against these companies & I would insist you DO NOT attempt to buy from any of these companies, as we cannot control what will turn up….but it certainly won’t be our products.
Regarding our specific products, if you would like to assist us in our legal dispute by providing these screenshots to add to the 100s of images we have, that would be really helpful. But please don’t think that these are actually our products.
Just to educate you further- We have incredible relationships with our suppliers and actually purchase all of our stock directly with them, not through 3rd party websites such as the ones I’ve mentioned above. We do this because we have legally binding trade agreements in place, so we don’t need to rely on 3rd party wholesalers.
So to summarise- Pretty Perfect Products are still happy to resolve your issues, if you can provide the correct name or email address that you placed your order under.

I’m really sorry to hear that you haven’t enjoyed the products or service at PPP. I can assure you we don’t get this type of review…ever! (Please see the 1000s of 5 star reviews on TrustPilot & our socials). We actually pride ourselves on both high quality product and service.
Can you email me (contact details below) directly with ALL orders that you weren’t happy with the quality or service, along with the subsequent order numbers and I will not only look to refund these, but will look into the product batch to understand if the products have been damaged in manufacture or transit. (Which, if it’s Royal Mail, may not be our fault.)
I hope these will be the first steps we take to rectifying the experience you’ve had with PPP!
With regards to your comment about Alibaba- this is factually and categorically incorrect. Whilst I can’t go into too much detail for legal reasons, I can tell you we are actually going through around 10 individual lawsuits with fake companies in China/Alibaba claiming to design/manufacture our products and are using our images/designs and I can assure you, we have NEVER even communicated with, let alone purchased products from.
My advice would be not to buy from places that cannot prove who they are or where they get their images of products.
Once again, on the subject of China, your research is not entirely factual. Whilst a few products do come from China, due to it being a BETTER quality that available in the UK, our core product range is actually manufactured in the UK, under 10 miles from our office. (Who we have a great relationship with).
