Following email correspondence from Pretty and Spice and reading the reply to my review, my 1 star review still stands. The reply given below does not reflect the personal emails I have received.
My outfit received was sub standard, colour, thin material and not what was advertised.
Having reached out to the company I was initially offered a 30 % refund and keep the outfit or a replacement item.
This however, was rescinded the following day as I had left a poor review and the company probably felt this reflected badly for other customers.
The options they presented was to pay myself to return the item, shipping cost etc with no guarantee of a full refund OR to change or remove my 1 star review and only then would they arrange for a replacement item.

Surely as a customer I have a right to comment on poor quality given the money I spent on this item, and did not appreciate the coercive suggestion to remove my review in order to receive another item.
Shameful and poor customer service and will not be using this company again.

The customer service is amazing, they just go out of their way to help the customer. The handle any problem professionally and smoothly. I am really thankful to them.

I absolutely love all the dresses I got from Pretty & Spice! I've also bought jeans from here before, and I always get compliments when I wear them. The quality is totally worth the price. I'll definitely keep coming back for more :)

Fast delivery and items as pictured, beautiful!

Very pleased with my purchase! Next time, I'll just order my normal size instead of sizing up. I was advised to go one size bigger because the dresses run tight, but I actually prefer a tighter fit over something too loose. So keep that in mind when packing your size!

I thought: let's just order one pair first, you never know with online shops. But wow, I was so wrong! The jeans are amazing strong qualty, the color is exactly as shown, and the sizing is perfect. It arived in about a week, just like they said. I was so happy I imediatly ordered two more and this definitly won't be my last order. Absolutly love it! 🔥

Nice quality but unfortunately they got the ve wrong size. After the wrong size was sent, I contracted them via email and got a reply within 4 hours with that it is annoying that it happened and they have a pracktical solution. They offered to keep the item and send me a new one in the right size. I am now waiting for the new one to arrive but I have seen the quality and it is good. I gave the other one to my daughter and she is very happy with it.

They absolutly get 5 star from me! The price-quality ratio is great and the fit is perfekt - even at 1.82m, everything was long enough. Returns are super easy and my package arrived in just 7 days, which is pretty fast I'm a fan and my cart is full again! 🛍️

Saw a cute ad for a dress and wasnt sure if I would actually wear it. But I order it anyway! The package arived yesterday, and it lookd super cute. Deffinitly gonna wear it!

The website said delivery would be between 5-12 days, but I only got my package after day 14. With these kind of long deliveries, I always worry it's gonna be cheap aliexpress quality, but luckly it wasnt! The size fit perfekt, so no need to return anything.

I saw a lot of products for younger people on the website, and since I'm 42, I wasnt sure if it was for me. But I took a chance and orderd a beautifull skirt. It arived today, and I imediatly love it! Just orderd another color. Thanks !

Honestly, I wasnt sure what to expect since I never orderd from this company before. But when the bag arived, I was so suprised – the qualty is way better than I imagined! For that price, I really didnt expect it.
