Yes, it has been brought back for service but the watch still stops intermittently. Kahit na suot palagi yung watch tumitigil pa din. Naka dalawang balik na ito sa shop nyo for service. Pero ganun pa din.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the…
I am extremely dissatisfied with the way the woman left an impression about my watch that she repaired, actually all she had to do was to lessen the strap/band of my watch. She even quoted "Ang tigas naman parang Valentino lang..." My watch was a brandnew Technomarine Sea Dream 38mm. I was wearing ordinary clothes & slippers since it was raining hard today, 3rd of September 2022. I felt discriminated with her comment. She never stopped giving side comments, & she even asked me "San nyo po ba nbili 'to?" Do I really have to prove you that it is authentic? I can. How about you Ma'am, do you know what respect means? I am reporting this incident as well to SM, I will find a way. Thank you Prestige for making me feel that way.

it took only 20 hours from shopping…
it took only 20 hours from shopping online to the item's arrival in Pangasinan. the shop continuously updated me via email the status of my transaction. their online payment system is realtime thus they were able to ship my order immediately upon checkout. thank you and i am looking forward for our next transaction.

I bought a SPB207J1 from this store. I was looking for this watch for a long time. When I saw their online store, I called them up immediately. The 3 watches I purchased (blue samurai, blue atlas, titanium alba) were all great. The reason I aborted my order for a king turtle padi was because midway they handed it over to their sister company without informing me, and no one was giving me a satisfactory explanation for that action. I wasn't properly transitioned.

Apologies again for the misunderstanding but for clarification only the email was misreplied via email pop message and the watch was never sent to a third party or sister company. The watch has always been at Prestige thats why the pickup store location was never changed so as the sales invoice that was about to be issued.
