The services are great....they go out of their way to clean perfectly, even if your bins are not empty. They put me up on a "once a month " three monthly plan . Suited to me, they recommended this. They accommodate to your suggestions which is awesome!!
They are definitely worth a try you won't look back !

Recently had a driveway clean, Professional service throughout from the fantastic office staff, so convenient being able to communicate through WhatsApp! Turned up on time and did a thorough job, driveway looks brand new!

I were their customer for quite some time. Bin cleaning part was fine however driveway cleaning experience was very poor. I was communicating with someone on WhatsApp who never introduced him/herself nor responded on time or properly, eventually the work left unfinished.
Unfortunately over the past couple of weeks I experienced such a poor unprofessional customer service that decided to end my contract. As a customer I was treated in a way which I felt of no value to them, literally the message behind every response - which was hard to get! - was “We don’t care!” even when I spoke with the business director, same!
In this competitive market, spend your valuable money to a business that ‘Respects’ you as their customer.

The bins are always cleaned on time and if one of the bins I have cleaned hasn't been collected by the rubbish men they always clean it and empty any rubbish into a sack. The bins smell good and are well cleaned. I have used this company for over 3 years. They always post a note though the door when bins been cleaned which is very useful and if you want could check the bins!

Prestige come and clean our bins but it is normally the day before they are emptied.

It would be better if they came on emptying day or the day after
