I purchased an orange short sleeved Race to the King tshirt from Pressio on 25/05. I proudly wore it for the first time the day after the race - 16/06. On taking it off that evening I found the lettering falling off the back - unacceptable, particularly at the price charged for it! I used the form on the Pressio website and, like many others, I have received no response.

Update - the day after posting this Pressio were in touch and have said they are sending me a replacement tshirt and a complimentry Race to the King singlet, so moving up to three stars from one. Will update the review again when I receive them.

Final update - tshirt and singlet received. Both are of a decent quality. Pressio emailed me again asking me to update my review - hence this update. The clothing I now have is decent quality. I am happy with it. When they do respond, Pressio resolve issues quickly - but there is clearly an issue with the contact forms of their website, they only seem to respond to negative reviews on here.

I was disappointed to receive a notification from Trustpilot that pressio.com had flagged my review for containing defamatory content. My review contained factual details of my experience with them, and my honest opinion based on that experience. In my view, neither of these makes my review defamatory (and, after due consideration, Trustpilot agreed).

Following my initial review, pressio provided a returns address and I have returned the merchandise to them.

On reflection, I will say a little more about why I only 'somewhat' like the item I decided to keep. I wear a dress size 18. The event clothing merchandise offered for sale does not cater for this size in the women's range so I have had to purchase from the men's range in order to have any event clothing merchandise. Inevitably the fit of this is sub-optimal for a female frame, which is why I only 'somewhat' like it. I like the fabric. It's impossible for me to know whether it is Pressio or Threshold Sports who dictate the size ranges available which is why I didn't mention this detail in my initial review. It would be good to see the sizing being more inclusive, especially as Threshold market themselves as providing 'ultras for all'.

Like other reviewers I ordered some merchandise for Race to the King. In my experience sportswear sizing varies hugely between suppliers so I ordered more than one size in order to be able to select the correct one. I now need to return the wrong sized items but as somebody else has said in their review, Pressio do not provide a returns address on their website. I have raised a query through the contact form on their website but have had no reply and I have emailed the email address shown in their Trustpilot profile and the email has bounced back as undeliverable.

I would have avoided ordering from this company based on previous reviews, but unfortunately Threshold Sports chose them as the merchandise partner (why?).

Giving 2 stars because I somewhat like the product that I decided to keep. Zero stars for customer service.

Ordered a black womens Race to the Kings Sustain SS tshirt from the stall at Race to the Kings as a gift to daughter for completing it. The didn’t have a size S so said they’d send one. It arrived today and is a plain black shirt with no RTTK writing- plain black Arahi male S. Really disappointed as she wanted some race memorabilia to commemorate 103km!

I purchased two pairs of half tights from Pressio, and while they appear to be of great quality, the fit wasn't right me, so I returned them to purchase the correct size. Unfortunately I am yet to receive a refund, despite getting in touch via the website message box and messaging the company social media. A poor experience overall, given the premium pricing of the gear.

UPDATE:

Shortly after writing, I was contacted by Pressio's customer service team, who both refunded my items as requested and explained the causes of delay.

Their reply was much appreciated, as was the complimentary cap!

Thank you to Pressio customer service for righting this issue.

Update June 14
I have since been contacted by the Pressio team with many apologies for the inconvenience caused for the sending wrong item and delay in response . They are sending me the right item next day delivery plus will be giving me some Pressio goodies on race day.

Not impressed with this company and will not be ordering from them again . I ordered the Race to the King long sleeve black shirt on June 4 and received an unbranded item on June 12 ( 3 days before event!! ) I wrote them email and have yet receive a response. Totally unacceptable .

Ordered Merchandise for RTTK on the 15 th June only arrived today but was missing four items for our team. No time to now get it branded for our team and four are unlikely to get the tops in time now. No response to our complaint or enquiry. After this was posted they came up good sending the remainder by next day delivery and offering some freebies!!!

Similar to others, I ordered a pair of running tights at £95 and sent them back the following day simply wanting to order the next size up. I have proof of delivery and sent numerous e-mails but Pressio haven’t even responded. What an ignorant company who now have my money and the product. DO NOT USE

UPDATE 24/05/24 - I have since been contacted by Pressio & received my refund. Situation explained & rectified within 24 hours of them contacting me. Long may it continue.

I would give no stars if I could.
Tried to contact them about a return several times, no reply. Website states the 'policy' but no actual directions on how to reply.
Given the cost of products you would expect some form of customer service. Now I'm out £80 for a pair of shorts I'll probably never wear. Appalling - don't waste your time or money with Pressio clothing.

I have just returned an item with proof of postage but still no refund. I have sent numerous emails to customer services but had no reply and no confirmation that they have received my return item even though it has been signed for by themselves, will not purchase from this company again.

Unable to get a refund despite checking I’d be able to return prior to receiving the item.
I returned the item to the warehouse as was going on holiday and didn’t want to breach the 28 days. Unfortunately I have proof that it arrived but no refund. I now don’t even have the product that I have paid for!
Ongoing for 10 +weeks.

Cannot get an answer from Customer service for a returns label or address.. One item is faulty, the other too small. I will be contacting the Consumer Ombudsman next and trying to reclaim what i paid via my credit card. Shocking... Dont go near

Same as the reviewer below. I tried to obtain details to return an item, but have not been able to do so. Still chasing a refund through whichever means necessary (as they do not have a contact phone number). Would avoid.

Ordered 2 items but needed to return one item because it was too small. They do not sent a return form with the goods but you have to email to obtain a returns number and return address. You cannot contact them by telephone.
I have tried 4 times since 31st August to obtain the required information and had no reply from them.
TOTALLY dissatisfied with this company. I will not order from them again.

Not squat proof as advertised. Rolla down with movement, more made for running. Regretting the purchase.

I recently purchased the Arahi split shorts & singlet, favourite kit for race day and very breathable fabrics.
