Customer Service and Delivery delays.
If I could have given a zero star I would have. I ordered back in January and was at 1st understanding about delivery delays in February due the Berlin MF, but the possible delays then increased at which point I began sending emails, which were for updates on delivery, but received no replies, the most recent email I sent requested details on a refund and that was 2 weeks ago, but still no reply. I have called on multiple occasions but nobody answers. Custom service is absolutely disgraceful, and yet I'm still receiving marketing emails. You mention here that customers can get refunds but how can they if you don't reply to those requests or give updates especially to my emails. The whole process is scandalous. I see you want order numbers to investigate, mine has always been in the subject field of my emails! Here it is for reference #11010 and I would appreciate the response to be sent to me at my email address.

Multiple Excuses. Supply chain issues, Iran, unprecedentet pandemic with their staff.....
Attorney will get in touch, complaint to the police and authorities has been made.
Ordered in January, no more response. Said my order is processed, a blatant lie.
Do not believe any of their excuses, a highly fraudulent scamming company.
Response to Pressburg Mints answer:
1. Iran has nothing to do with gold supply!
2. Today it is Iran, tomorrow the before mentioned unprecedented pandemic, next day something different. Its delay and has been changed weekly on your website!
Not trustworthy.
3. Delivery times also have been changed weekly. How do you explain you do not deliver the product for 6 or even 12 months???
There are way smaller private institutions arround, but none of then needs mor than 6 weeks!
4. At the same time you are not able to deliver you still selling your products online??
5: You sent out emails your order is now! being processed, but you have not processed it!
6: You do not have time for client communication, but you sent out emails that customers can now pay via Paypal and through Bitcoin. So obviously, when its about getting money Pressburg Mint is very quick!
7: You already got paperwork from my attorney, which you ignored. That is why a official claim to the authorities has been made.
8: As a next step, if you do not deliver the coin, this will go to court and then you have to open your books. What you do is systemic, its done on purpose, you take peoples money and to not fullfill orders!
9: I m insisting to get the coin delivered, I do not want a reimbursement! Order number 10909.
10: You lost me as a client, I will never ever order anything again from you. I think its the same for other people too, if it is what you wanted you have been successfull. Lets see how long Pressburg Mint will be arround with this kind of behaviour.

Again a lie, I just sent you the legal documents you a 100% received.
I told you I will not accept a refund, If you do not deliver the coin this will go to court. I m fed up with you fraudsters! Another Mail will go out to the Slovak Trade Supervison.

As I just wrote, so cool you sell coins you dont have the material for!! But they are still available on your website. So one could say Pressburg Mint has no material, sells coins online, take the money, cancel the order later....
Funny you guys are the only 1 in the whole market not able to deliver for months. You have severe internal problems! So obviously Iran and pandemic just have been a lie, ha?

Can you please share your order number? We can't find any communication by searching Dennis, the name you have here on Trustpilot and someone will take a look at it. Yes, lead times are long and communication takes time, but the aforementioned are not excuses, but proper reasons for the delays which we are working on. We are either fulfilling and compensating every customer who keeps their order and chooses to wait or provide a full refund. Please provide the order number and we will investigate. We urge everyone reading these negative reviews to come back in a few months to check how the situation has developed.
UPDATE: Since you are being so aggressive and not choosing the way of providing you with compensation for the delay, we will proceed to cancel the order and provide a full refund. We have not received any official legal communication of any kind from you. Credit note sent to your email address
UPDATE 2: First of all, we have not received any legal communication in any official mannner. We are currently unable to fulfill the order due to the unavailability of material due to the reasons already outlined. Refund is therefore the only option we can provide and have already done so. You are welcome to come back at a later date and order again once the supply chain issues have been resolved and we will have stable stock levels. Compensatory discount coupons have been given out to other clients who have chosen to cancel their orders and have them refunded, as mentioned feel free to check back in a few months to see how the situation has developed and if you change your mind we are still willing to also give you the discount coupons for a future purchase, despite your rather aggressive manner even though we are clrealy trying to work out the situation in a professional manner. We normally provide 50% discounts for silver proof coins and 35% discounts for silver proof-like coins to these customers.
UPDATE 3: If it is proven you have truly filed a criminal case and accused us of fraud, that is a very serious allegation, we will file a countercase for defamation and then, the abovementioned offer will naturally be invalidated and further legal action will be taken.
UPDATE 4: We keep material on hand and produce orders as they come. If we order material and it is not delivered, our capital is stuck and there is nothing we can do instead of waiting. Despite this, we have been working on creating secondary sources of both capital and material supply. Sorry but you clearly have no understanding of how the business works. All of our wholesale dealers put our products for sale and only once they receive an order for them, they buy it from us, hence they are also selling products without having them readily available (So by your logic, Mr. Honscha is a fraudster too). It would be impossible to keep all stock from all mints for them. Are they fraudsters too? This is the normal way the business works and many other mints have been having supply chain issues recently as well, but they are large state mints, so they have more options to work with it.
I am done with this conversation, don't bother replying as I won't read it. I've tried to explain and your money has been returned to you within a few hours after we found out about this as I first heard about this from your review.
Be aware. Order is not fulfilled
So as the few people before me wrote I strictly not recommend to deal with Pressburg Mint. 1 month from the order and it's still not done. No response for emails phone calls. Recently they even deleted phone numbers from the web site. Over 2000 euro gone. I really do not believe in those excuses put in the comments by Pressburg. I wish I find this negative opinions earlier. Shame as 2 years ago order was processed quickly and efficiently and the quality was excellent. But I guess this times are already gone.
Edit 13.04 Reffering to excusses posted below:
1. It is Pressburg Mint, not me, that puts the information that the order can be done within certain time (which I treat as an obligation from seller). In this case it was 5 up to 15 working days (but you could be honest and place eg.: 45 working days). The situation on gold market was known at the date of the order. Neglect in knowledge update is not an excuse.
2. If you do not have time to contact and support your clients by emails either have no time for phone conversation because "they are thousands of customers worldwide" I can quit. No problem, There are quite a few shop shipping on time.
3. As I decided to cancel the order unfortunatelly there was again no time for Pressburg Mint to reply when the funds will be returned.

We kindly ask for a bit more patience and understanding, we are slowly fulfilling orders, but it's taking a long time as we literally cannot get hands on material for production in sufficient amounts due to multiple factors combined over the past months.
We will fulfill or refund all orders.
Everyone who chooses to keep their orders will receive compensation.
We have thousands of customers worldwide, it is simply not possible to answer hundreds of messages and calls daily in a timely manner, as everyone is currently experiencing these delays.
But we will get back on track soon and continue working normally as before. Thank you for understanding.

Beware...
I am still waiting on an order that was paid for 10 months ago. I love their product, but do not know if I will ever see the $3000+ USA I paid them. I had been averaging an order a month up to that time. Also note that 2025 and 2026 coins are nearly nonexistent in the marketplace. Larger bullion dealers that carry Pressburg products such as Bold Precious Metals and European Mint no longer carry the newest releases. I suspect there are numerous people/companies that have been shorted.
Having met the owners and toured their facility in Bratislava, this has been a big disappointment to me. From best Mint tour ever to worst buying experience ever. I avoided Tulving, Northwest Territorial Mint, and Gainesville but it appears that Pressburg may have got me.
A previous review stated: "Multiple emails - including proposals for possible solutions - have been ignored, and no solutions have been provided." I can second that.

Resellers/Customers beware: orders still incomplete after almost a year
As a reseller, I placed orders on 19/03/2025, 28/03/2025, and 14/04/2025.
Potential resellers/customers should be aware that it took 9 months for the order from 28/03/2025 to be completed.
The other two orders are still incomplete after almost one year.
Multiple emails - including proposals for possible solutions - have been ignored, and no solutions have been provided.
UPDATE 13-03/2026:
At last received a proposal for a solution. Waiting on the conclusion of this solution before updating experience.
UPDATE 18-03/2026:
A part of the backorders has been delivered. The rest should follow within 4 a 5 weeks.

Hi Bart, as I have written to everyone, we are dealing with our worst 24 months of our company's history, however we have a plan in motion which will get us back on track, settle everything and move forward. We won't accept any wholesale orders unless we will have stock available and won't require payment up front so that you will have 100% security. The recent events have made our business extremely difficult and we are unfortunately not in the position as state mints are with infinite pockets, but we are doing everything in our power to get back on track asap.

Die Rückerstattung wurde nach mehreren Aufforderungen und mit Unterstützung von PayPal nach über einem Monat zurückerstattet.

Wir haben vor mehreren Wochen erstmalig bei Pressburg Mint die Goldmünze 1oz „Friedenstaube“ bestellt und nach der schriftlichen Annahme des Auftrages durch Pressburg Mint bezahlt. Die Lieferung sollte
5-7 Tage nach Bezahlung erfolgen. Trotz nunmehr
3 Mahnungen, davon die letzte abgefasst in
englischer Sprache, erfolgte keinerlei Reaktion.
Das alles ist sehr ärgerlich, zumal Pressburg Mint
provoziert, dass die Kunden das Vertrauen in dieses Unternehmen verlieren…Da wir urlaubsbedingt ab dem 8.2. bis zum 7.3.2026 abwesend sind, haben wir Pressburg Mint nach unserer Rückkehr noch eine kurze Nachfrist gesetzt, wenn bis dahin die Lieferung nicht erfolgt, werden wir einen Anwalt einschalten und wenn das nicht hilft, Klage einreichen. Es ist sehr schade, dass man sich so den guten Ruf zerstört!

Order a product with Pressburg Mint. No communication for three weeks. Reached out to them - no reply. Wrote again after four weeks - they cancelled my order, explaining that they have a big event coming up, so I am not a priority.

The FedEx shipping charge is quite reasonable. Longest delay was US Cusoms, but it got here in a reasonable time and easily tracked.

Tovar tohto druhu som nakupoval už viackrát, väčšinou v ČR.V tomto eshope som kupoval prvý krát.Nakupoval som v čase zvýšeného dopytu po drahých kovoch,preto som vedel že dodacie lehoty budú dlhšie (max. som čakal 3 týždeňe).Som človek trpezlivý.Po 5 týždňoch som sa telefonicky informoval
u majiteľa(na mail neodpovedali)ktorý vysvetloval aká je situácia u nich vo firme atď.V pohode tak počkám.Prišli mi aj 3 maili kde bola situácia vysvetlená a že meškajúce objednávky budú kompenzované vo forme nejakých Ag mincí a pod.Po 9 týždňoch mi tovar prišiel,a kompenzácia- (zlatý metalický papier s priemerom 10 cm). Takže sklamanie(to radšej nemali nič sľubovať).

La serie réalisée depuis est magnifique et sera l'héritage artistique pour mes 2 filles qui recevront chacune cette collection et celles qui viendront la compléter dans les années à venir. I received several silver proof coins as compensation.
