UPDATE: Finally received an item… it was the wrong one and a very cheap version of a similar product but definitely not what I wanted. Again, like other reviews here, they offered me $6 because to return it to China would cost ME too much! ME??? They are the ones sending out junk in the first place!!! They told me to give it to a friend!!! HA!!! Never… and please, take my advice… NEVER, EVER order anything from this place. They are a lying pack of thieves who should not be allowed to do ‘business’ in the US.

Don’t EVER order from this company. As others have stated, there is no package, only a list of ‘tracking’ locations that never seem to get to where it’s supposed to go. At first, my tracking number came from Germany and got stuck somewhere in Oregon. My second tracking number (yes, now, mysteriously there is another one) came from China and the tracking doesn’t show me where the package is right now. All I get from them is we understand your frustration, we are just as frustrated as you are, thank you for your patience and waiting for your order. Nope. I want a refund. This is the second time I have asked for a refund. We’ll see how far I get this time. Don’t trust their website when it says the item ships from anywhere in the US. It doesn’t. They lie.

This is a scam - no product - just a bunch of parcel status updates saying my product is in transit and nothing more....no one to talk to and the email is "no longer monitored".... a SCAM

This company is a total scam. They sent me 2 charging cables that didn't work. Then when challenged giving the benefit of the doubt they sent me only 1 replacement cable when I ordered 2. Before I challenged them on why they didn't send 2 cables I figured I would wait to see if the replacement worked and of course it didn't. Asking for a full refund and they wanted to negotiate this with me and would only offer about 30% of the original cost. After challenging this they said i could send the cables back at my cost to China.....Ridiculous and unethical. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

I ordered chargers for Christmas 2024. I have yet to receive and have reached out to the company over 20 times and gotten Nothing!!!!!

I ordered chargers from here have confirmation email from December 10th still have not received my chargers that were going to be stocking stuffers. I’m very disappointed in this company.

Ordered the 5-in-1 grater. They initially overcharged me which they indicated was a computer mistake. The product arrived about a month later. I gave this as a gift. When they attempted to use it the grater itself was broken. I attempted to get a refund but the only options they offered were to return the item at my expense or $12 refund. This is a joke. I’ll be filing a dispute with my bank. AVOID THIS SITE

This is a big scam never received my order or a return e mail or return call. I will never us this company again. Actually no Stars would be more accurate.

ZERO STARS!!! Ordered at the beginning of December with the promise to have it by Christmas. Finally got it last week. The product is complete crap. Flimsy plastic grater that won't even try to stick to the counter. Customer service is even worse! They refuse to let me return it even though I sent video proof it doesn't work. Wanted to give me $18 "for good faith" of my $98 purchase. Complete scam! I will be filing a fraud claim with my bank.

This company is a joke!!! Ordered way before xmas and just now received it Jan 10. Ordered beginning of December. Chargers were cheaply made. Barely pulled off the tips and it came off. I ordered 8 for stocking stuffers and 5 out of the 8, the tips come off. What a waste of money!!! Not the real products. These are fakes!!!!!

ordered chargers in November, never received them and will not resend or send my money back...dont use this company. They said it is not their problem to contact the shipper...

Was promised my chargers before Christmas. Ordered 12/15/24. It's 1/5/25 and STILL no chargers. Customers service is a joke. They send you the same email over and over again. Do Not Order From These People.

I don't even want to give 1 star. Ordered the 4 of the 4 in 1 charger in November and have yet to get. Also told that since they shipped them they cannot give a refund. So after multiple emails, I will chump this up as a lost cause and money.

Please do not order from this company. It has been 11 days since my order was processed and it is still waiting to be cleared in customs. Emails to this company are being returned to me unsent.

Items shipped was not what was ordered. Told me item was no longer in stock even though it was still available for purchase on their website. Offered $6 then $10 then $15 for me to keep the incorrect items. Finally said I could get a full refund but I would need to pay $45 to ship the items back to them in China. Which since I paid $79 meant I'd really only get $34 back.

I ordered two 5 in 1 chopper advertised on Face book and received a cheaper /model brand than the one I ordered, a different color as well and the item arrived 20 days later wrapped in a plastic bag with the boxes banged up. There was a $15 25% Swedish tax added on the bill that was not up front and a total surprise. So I asked for a refund thru Paypal as they state in their ad that it’s 100% risk free and refunds and exchanges are simple. Well they offered me $15 compensation for the added tax as that was a computer glitch. They then turn around and tell me I can keep the items like they are doing me a favor as if I didn't pay for them. Now they are saying it will be a real hassle to return and be very expensive for us and their refund fund cycle is LONG. We (not the seller) will have to pay high freights to return the product.
This company is a scam. False advertising and deception. They do not send the same product they are advertising on their ad and do not stand by their refund warranty.

I ordered the 5 in 1 chopper and received a different brand to the one I ordered, a different color as well AND the item arrived with a massive crack in it. When I contacted them at first they wanted to send a replacement but when I questioned if it would be the exact one I ordered they didn’t answer. So I asked for a refund as they state in their ad that it’s 100% risk free and refunds and exchanges are simple. Well they offered me $4 compensation for a AU$50 item! They don’t want to give me a refund and say that’s all they can do.
I have now contacted PayPal and hopefully will get it sorted. But beware, the item didn’t get packaged well for posting and arrived damaged.

I was initially sent the bunnyhop slipper in error. A correct replacement was quickly and easily sent to me, and they are exactly what I hoped for.

I love that the tongue of the shoe opens on the side it makes it so easy for my son to get his foot in.
