Although the questionnaire was lengthy I felt it was necessary for the prescribing pharmacist to have the information. Once authorised my medication arrived the following day.
I emailed after receiving my medication regarding repeating the order in the future, the reply was very quick and friendly.

I had to answer additional questions, regarding my order, but they were constructive and asked in order to protect my health, so no issue. The order was subsequently approved and my package arrived the next day and not in two days, so that was efficient.
