DPD messed up the delivery and Andrew stepped in and got another delivery organised. Great food and I’m glad Andrew was able to help. The business clearly cares about its customers.

Ordered for the first time, the delivery was on time as scheduled quick and easy to use the website to place an order. When the food arrived there were a few meals with the plastic damaged that had leaked out so had to throw them away. The meals themselves all the ones I’ve had so far have been full of flavour and good portion sizes. They have a great range to choose from and so good for convenience knowing they are healthy when you’re on the go. I would recommend I just think they need some stronger packaging. Thankyou

Great food, great customer service. Very tasty meals and the portion sizes are perfect.

The best meal prep! Food always tastes good, always new meals coming out and delivery is quick and easy. Customer service is also amazing and quickly get back to you if you have any issues.

Very tasty and healthy options. I work from home regularly and this takes all the hassle out of daily lunch. Delivered each Sunday, I have a week’s worth of pre-prepared healthy meals which I pick off one by one each day. I actually look forward to meal time! Would recommend.

Hands down the best around and I sure have tried a few.
Shopping and meal prepping at home is a thing of the past, one thing i will not go back to.
Time is saved, no shopping, no cooking, no weighing as it is all done for me with Prep By Gainz. Convenience is key.
But to top it all off, each and every meal tastes same day fresh.
The variety to chose from is incredible enabling me to change meals on a weekly basis based on what I want.
New meals rotated onto the menu frequently too which is another bonus.
Customer service has been responsive on the limited times i have had to speak to them.
I have been ordering for the best part of 18 months now.
Five star all round for me.

Great customer service and swift replies by email

Really impressed!! Working my way through my first order and i'm thoroughly impressed so far! Website and ordering is really easy, the menu is really extensive and so far I have really enjoyed the majority of items that I chose. I have tried several other meal prep companies and this is the best so far! Definitely going to continue using them and try the rest of the menu!

Having tried a number of meal prep companies, I can say hand on heart that Prep By Gainz is by far the best in terms of variety, nutritional profiles, food taste and quality. The customer services team go above and beyond to ensure you are well looked after and getting the most out of your meals.

If you are serious about building muscle / losing weight, or simply living a healthier lifestyle, your diet is arguably the number 1 factor that will help you to achieve your goals.
Prepping meals by yourself can be arduous and stressful, especially if you are dreadful in the kitchen like me! Prep by Gainz eliminates all of that stress of reaching your nutritional goals each day.

You just pop your meal into your bag in the morning and off you go! Sorted 👏

It may seem expensive, but compared to visiting the supermarket to buy crappy meal deals each day, or eating poorly prepared food by a hopeless cook, Prep by Gainz is the way! 🙌

You can always pause / cancel your subscription if you ever get cold feet. No contracts, no pressure.

The meal choice here is excellent, and caters to a wide variety of diets. The menu is regularly updated to keep things fresh and interesting, which gives you the chance to try new foods / recipes.

Why not just place an order for a few meals to test the water? You won’t be disappointed!

Easy to use. Good price. Great meals. A few rare occasions where food container packaging was damaged and the app could be improved but overall very happy.

Been using Prep for a few months now and each meal is delicious and the variety is great. I change my menu up every 2 weeks to keep it interesting and never had a bad meal yet I highly recommend them. 3 min in the Microwave and the prep box lasts me 6-7 days so its perfect for a busy Dad.

I've been using Prep by Gainz for several weeks now, and I couldn't be happier with the service they provide. The meals are not only delicious but also perfectly portioned and tailored to my dietary needs. As someone with a busy schedule, having healthy and convenient meals readily available has been a game-changer. The variety of options is impressive, and the quality of ingredients is top-notch. The customer service team is also incredibly responsive and helpful. I highly recommend Prep by Gainz to anyone looking to simplify their meal prep routine without compromising on taste or nutrition!

We’ve been getting prep by gainz about a month or two now after trying a few meal prep companies. They are by far the tastiest meals we’ve had of the companies we’ve tried (my fave is the meatballs).

Recently I had a question about our delivery schedule and Andrew responded to me immediately on a Sunday and got it all resolved by the Monday morning.

Highly recommend this company, great customer service, great selection of meals and all super tasty!

Company is very good. best meal prep that i have used and great customer service!

Best meal prep company I’ve ever used, meals always on time and always tasting amazing! Will never use anyone else

This is the best food I've ever tried from a prepped-food service, meals are not just tasty & unique, but 100% perfect for my gym needs. 💪

The selection is like a restaurant menu with nutrition info to guide your choices, & it's not a small menu either.

I highly recommend giving them a try!

Excellent and timely customer service! Always willing to help where they can. Delicious nutritional meals which maintain their freshness :)
Been using this company for over a year now, and don’t plan on changing!

Great food, great price and friendly customer service - thanks!!

after a mix up in communications with my delivery I got in touch with Leighanne who was very helpful and the meals arrived only a couple days later. Great service

Amazing experience. I am a new client and ordered only a few times, but my experience has been amazing so far and the food is really good and with good portions.

They are really thoughtful and even though I was 2 weeks late in collecting my order they kept it for me and gave me extras. Can’t thank them enough.

The prices are very reasonable and they always have offers on. I love their app you can choose the foods you want and you can see the full ingredients on there as well. Well worth it
