Wow! From start to finish, they have been absolutely amazing!

I initially reached out for advice via their WhatsApp, and boy, did they deliver! From recommending the best products for my son, to chasing up a missing delivery, throwing in some extra cables that I hadn’t even thought I would need, and offering me some fantastic deals along the way.

The customer service has been second to none. What’s not to love?!

I haven’t tried the products myself yet, as they are Christmas presents for my son, but I will definitely be back to leave another review once he has had a chance to try them out.

Would highly recommend based on the service alone!

Had a denafrips ares 15th dac to trade in for denafrips Pontus dac, offered a reasonable price for my ares dac went ahead with the agreed deal set up by Fin who handled the purchase that was speedily done in a week. Pontus dac is an absolute match for my current system only had it a day now so can't be too technical about it but soundstage and fine details are brilliant.

Purchased an item for my Hi-Fi which ended up being faulty. Manufacturer issue. After a phone call to Alex explaining the problem Alex arranged for my item to be collected. I then purchased a similar item which was delivered in 2 business working days.

No problems and very quick delivery, recommend will use again.

Delivered quickly.
Disappointing that 4-5 corners were either slightly damaged, or poorly finished.
Put them to the rear, to save the palaver of returns.
At this price point I feel this is grossly inadequate.
Went together well, it is sturdy, the shelf sizes are wider than usual 45cm, deeper too
Great for odd sized heavier vintage gear, which I'm in the process of building a high end 70s system.
I purchased a set of sub woofer footers as they had a greater diameter, and moved more easily on my slightly uneven wooden floor.
Ones supplied look substantial too.
Sound improved,from glass shelved sound organisation stand it replaced.
Of course rewiring everything together probably helped.
But sound is solid, it's sturdy and finish seems robust.
Yes I'm pleased with it, quality control issues a fly in the ointment though.

Dipping my toe back into the world of hifi after about forty years seemed rather daunting but I found the service at Premium Sounds brilliant. Their listening room as a real asset and having followed their advice I thrilled with my new turntable and speakers.

Had a wonderful experience visiting Premium Sound for auditioning different speakers. Stas was incredibly friendly and helpful - explaining the technical differences between different models and their audible characteristics. In the end I ended up upgrading my amplifier, adding a subwoofer and now gearing up for a new speaker system. All items were delivered quickly by DPD and well packaged. I’ll be back for more!
