Ordering from Premium Paints was very simple. I found what we needed easily, and at a good price. Painting our entire workshop was a daunting task which we hadn't done for some years. We found this floor paint covered extremely well, much better than previously used paints. Although the paint had a odour to it, this wore off quickly. I would say depending on your environment, it is best to leave it a few days to fully dry before use. Overall a great experience well recommended. A *****

Drying time incorrect on website
The paint was delivered quickly. the website advised that the paint dries in 2-4 hours. the hoarding was painted, the following day it rained and part of the paint was rained off.
On contacting Premium Paints i was advised via email that it takes approximately 24 hours- this was not noted on the website, if it had been we would not have painted the hoarding until we had a minimum of 2 dry days.
Reimbursement of paint used was denied stating '' as the consumer it's down to you to ensure you understand how to apply products purchased''
Please correct the details relating to the paint on your website so that another customer does not have to burdened with the cost of the material when applied as instructed.

The good and the bad
Firstly, what went right: Paints were good value compared to elsewhere and arrived promptly.
The bad: no customer follow up whatsoever. I replied to an email asking if I had any questions about the paint and got no reply, hence this review. They were simple questions that could probably be handled with sending over a data sheet.
