Great service great quality paint

Brilliant company

Excellent product and quick delivery

Delivered to wrong address so it was hard to track and retrieve the item. I previously ordered a shade lighter in error as it was called Brunswick Green instead of Dark Brunswick Green. A bit confusing on the name description and I wasn’t allowed to send it back or get a refund as I opened it before realising it was the wrong colour.

Very good delivery and service. I had to send back a sealer that I ordered wrong, extremely helpful and efficient. Would by from here again 100%

The roof tile charcoal paint went on a treat. Rolled it on round the edges one slate width in, then sprayed the centre part of roof. Composite slates came up extremely well on the faded worn slates, and the better condition ones came up like new. Colour was almost perfect. Just a shame about the next day delivery taking 4 days.

A couple of problems to start with, can't fault there service in correcting the issue.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin with this company. The paint itself is excellent — I can’t fault the quality at all, it’s genuinely second to none. But that’s where anything positive ends.

Everything else about dealing with Premium Paints is an absolute nightmare. Orders are never delivered on time. Not once. I’ve placed four separate orders now, and every single one has been delayed. When you’re trying to complete a project, that kind of unreliability isn’t just annoying — it completely throws everything off and creates unnecessary stress.

Trying to get help is even worse. Their so-called customer service is practically nonexistent. You ring the call centre and the phone just rings and rings with no answer. No updates, no communication, nothing. It feels like once they’ve taken your money, you’re completely on your own.

It’s incredibly frustrating because the product is actually great, but the overall experience is so poor that it completely overshadows it. At this point, I’d seriously think twice before ordering again.

I've used Premium Paints for many years since it's inception simply because the product is the best around. The richness of pigments and quality endurance is reassuring; one coat will outlast most other rivals. It is also the best value for price on the market with unbeatable bargains. I'm happy to continue with Premium as ever.

Genuinely the worst customer service I have ever received. False promise after false promise. They do not hold enough stock to fulfil orders but do not communicate this to you at all when ordering. When chased, conveniently all means of communication (went down). They are not interested in trying to resolve the issue at all.

I received advice on various paint systems for a poor floor surface which was formerly a storage room and which was being upgraded as a changing room. The floor was suffering from damp penetration. I was given good advice, sent colour availability chart and prices. The website was also very useful.

Delivery charge per item not combined postage for total order makes it very expensive. Items delivered piecemeal over 10 day period.

After a problem with the fedex experience of damaging my first order. Premium paints replaced it and got it delivered in a couple of days. When I used it for to reseal my resin drive and I printed concrete back garden area, it was easy to use and dried quickly and did the job well. I would definitely use premium paints again.

Where I had two x 20Litre floor tins delivered both severely dented from being dropped or mishandled, and one was leaking from the handle fixing, So ALSO the 1 x 20 litre tin sent as 'compensation' was similarly severely dented and also leaking, this time from the lid seal. You really DO need to improve your packaging and distribution.

Excellent service, very helpful over the phone and provide great products at great prices.

Have not applied the sealant yet due to unreliable weather, hope to do this asap.
