We have been using this web camera for over a year...
We have been using this web camera for about a year, and it worked very well during that time. The video quality was good, and it reliably met our remote monitoring needs.
Recently, however, the camera went offline and lost its network connection. Based on the troubleshooting, it appears the issue may have been related to network changes, cellular tower redirection, or the SIM card rather than the camera itself.
What really stood out was the customer support from PremiumInvention. Their support team was responsive, patient, and genuinely committed to helping us resolve the issue. They worked with us through numerous troubleshooting steps over multiple interactions, trying everything possible to get the camera back online. Unfortunately, the problem seemed to be outside of PremiumInvention's direct control.
To their credit, PremiumInvention graciously offered to send us a brand-new replacement camera with a new SIM card at no charge, even though the original camera had been working well for an extended period. That level of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated.
We are currently waiting for the replacement camera and are hopeful that it will resolve the connectivity issue. Thank you to the PremiumInvention support team for your professionalism, patience, and commitment to standing behind your product. We look forward to getting the new camera up and running.

I have nothing but a good experience…
I have nothing but a good experience with this cam. It came quickly. The packaging was well thought out and secure. I've bought a few different brands of outdoor security cams and this was by FAR the easiest to get up and running. I'm in Alaska and the solar panel seems to keep my battery charged at 100%. Been raining for a couple days and so far so good. Been a great experience so far, no complaints at all and probably will buy again.

I agree that the basic camera is ok
I agree that the basic camera is ok. It is the cheap version of the Chinese phone spy camera. Tech support is all AI bots and you can never get a clear answer. Two significant problems. 1. When assembled, there are gaskets misaligned and allow the camera to leak in the gimble and swivel mounts. 2. The battery charge system is VERY inadequate. Looking for a larger solar field I can piggy back onto the one provided.

Faulty camera, refusal to refund
4G camera arrived, didn't work at all from the box. I called and emailed customer services where they tried several ways to fix the issue, none of which worked. I requested a refund amd this is where the problems started. They didn't want me to return the camera and sent me a replacement without me asking. I refused the delivery of this one and requested the details for the original to be sent back. They refused to give me a return address at first and then eventually gave me ome after arguing for weeks on email. I paid £38 for recorded delivery back to them. They told me to put down thay the camera was worth $50 on the customs declaration (despite it costing £397 on their website). The camera then sat in Chinese customs for weeks whilst the authorities tried to contact Premium Invention for further details. They didn't reply to their customs requests, despite emails from me and letters from their local customs and as such, the item has been sent back to me. I am still.awaiting a refund of nearly £400 for a camera that has never worked. The camera was ordered in February and were now well into May.
This is thee worst product and customer service I have ever had.

STAY AWAY FROM PREMIUM INVENTION CAMARAS!!!!!
After receiving the camara I purchased both cell coverage and data coverage. I purchased a package that was supposed to last one year. Instead, after several days the package had "expired". I can't afford $50 plus for each month the camara is used. I contacted Customer Service and told them I wanted to return the camara. They asked for video and pictures. Guess what!!!!???? Because I had installed the camara it was no longer able to be returned. EVEN THOUGH I HAD USED IT LESS THAN ONE MONTH!!! False advertisement for "returns". False advertisement that the camara would be cost efficient. Also, Terrible Customer Service!! I had to email instead of talking to someone on the phone to explain. JUST AN ABSOLUTE PIECE OF TRASH!

The camera doesn't function as…
The camera doesn't function as advertised, and the camera app is the worst I've ever used. The 30-day money-back guarantee is absolutely worthless. Basically, if you open the box and try out the camera, it is unreturnable. Here is the message that I received from their support team when I asked to return the product:
Thank you for reaching out! I understand you’d like to return order #14467, and I can help guide you through the correct next steps.
Before we can approve any return, we do need to confirm eligibility. Returns are only approved if the camera is in brand new, unmounted, and resellable condition, including all accessories and the original packaging.
To proceed, please reply with:
The reason you’d like to return the order
Confirmation that the camera was never mounted, screwed in, or permanently installed, and was only tested at most
Clear photos of the camera from all sides, all accessories, and the packaging, including the box
Once I receive these, I’ll review them for documentation and then provide the return instructions. Please note that return shipping is paid by the customer, and the outcome is based on inspection. If the unit is confirmed restockable, the result is a full refund. If it is not restockable, the unit will be returned to you.
If your return is not accepted by the company, they will also charge to send it back.
The camera has been thrown in the trash. $450 wasted.

Support was very helpful; first and foremost they called back after requesting support online within 4 hours. Next they listened to the issue and understood the fix. The only issue is that Verizon sim cards do not work with the cameras. Use the provided sim card and service on the Nuview Application.

I originally purchased 20-S4 Pro 4G cameras to protect our properties, and as my need for coverage grew, I went back and purchased 40 more — bringing my total to 60. You might be wondering why? Because these cameras are that good!
