Where do I even begin…

Selling my car to this company turned into a bizarre and uncomfortable experience. The driver Abs was careless, and things only went downhill from there. We had issues with the V5 logbook, partly because it wasn’t collected from the post office after a missed delivery, something that should have been handled professionally but clearly wasn’t.

The most shocking part? Instead of resolving anything properly, Abs decided it was appropriate to take my phone and attempt to leave himself a 5 star review. Yes, really. This was followed by a lengthy and very personal “sob story” about his life and how he would lose his job if I didn’t comply.

I understand everyone has their struggles, but this felt manipulative, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate. Customers should not be put in a position where they feel pressured or obligated to give positive reviews, especially not on the spot and definitely not by someone holding their phone.

Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and poorly handled. I would strongly suggest the company reviews its staff conduct and customer interaction standards.

Would not recommend.
