From the beginning, I have had ongoing issues with the blinds, and the company I have raised these concerns several times and have provided photographs and videos showing the issues clearly.
Despite this, I have repeatedly had to chase the company for responses and updates. Communication has been extremely poor, and I have often been left waiting without any proper response to my emails.
What is particularly frustrating is that they now want another visit simply to look at the issue, This feels like unnecessary delays rather than actually resolving the problem.
I have been patient and have given the company several opportunities to put things right, but the lack of communication and the way the complaint has been handled has been extremely stressful and disappointing.
I expected much better customer service, communication and aftercare. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
This has been going on since Feb/March 2026.

I had blinds fitted from this company but i was lied to about the warranty i was told that it would be five years but on my recepit it shows 1 year, please if you do enquire and get blindd fitted from this company please get proof and evidence of warranty, i do not recommend this company to anyone. I spoke with customer service serveral times and was told that there agent does not recall any conversation regarding the five year warrant which is a lie.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

The representative came to provide a quotation but was extremely pushy and insisted that we make a decision on the spot. We politely explained that we wanted some time to compare a few quotes, not just on price but also on the quality of the blinds and the level of service. Despite this, he continued to pressure us into placing an order immediately.

To make matters worse, while I was driving, he called me even though my wife had already explained that we needed time to think. He then pressured my wife to call me so that he could persuade me to go ahead with the purchase. I didn't feel comfortable with this level of pressure, so I declined.

After I refused, his attitude changed. He said that if we came back later, he would no longer honour the discount and would charge us more because we had asked for other quotes. That only reinforced my decision not to proceed. I wasn't looking for the cheapest price—I was looking for good quality products, professional service, and a company that respected its customers.

In the end, we chose Zebra Blinds, who were professional, respectful, and gave us the time and information we needed to make an informed decision. It was a much better experience from start to finish.

If a company has confidence in its products and service, it shouldn't need to pressure customers into making an immediate decision. Based on my experience, I would avoid this company.

To start with and to be fair, the product looks lovely. That’s the only positive side, nothing else.

1. No confirmation upon receiving our downpayment. I kept following up almost everyday. The only time it was acknowledge was with the call I made on the third week.
2. Fitting date was very much delayed. We had to follow up “a lot”.
3. The installer has left lots of dirt prints on our walls. There was one section that we could not wipe off. Now we need to have it repainted.
4. They do not take away the huge cardboard boxes with them.
5. Upon offering you with a good deal they would want to lock you in with the sale by saying “this deal is only valid while i am here with you”. I find the price not cheap but is on a fair range. They do offer really good choices as well so I grabbed it not knowing this would be the experience.

They label themselves one of the best but If you prefer good service that really gives importance to customers, you’d rather pay extra price and get it from a company like John Lewis instead than be disappointed. I would not recommend this company. For some reason I do not know why they have good reviews in google. Do not rely on google reviews, better rely on trustpilot. It was my mistake for trusting google reviews at first. Buy at your own risk.

Awful experience. Extremely bad quality blinds. It is like throwing your money away. When you want to close the blinds it clumps together. The lengths of individual slats in single blind varies and the gaps are different. Total scam. Was pushed into the sale and am so unhappy now. Total waste of money and time

Didn’t hear about premium blinds before so wasn’t even 100% sure it wasn’t a scam but I’m glad to report that this company is super quick and super efficient, my blinds are stunning and they did me a fab deal. I paid a deposit and then paid the balance once my blinds were fitted. I am 100% endorsing this company. Many thanks

Omg appalling service had a guy come to my home to measure for a quote on the 17/3/26 and I’m still asking and waiting for the quote only to be told they have to get it from the guy who came out . Now I can’t be bothered if it takes this long for a quote you’re how long will it take for them to do the job if I wanted them to do the job .

I am very disappointed with this company after hearing nothing but good things decided to with these for my blinds after the man came yo measure I waited 4 weeks for me to then contact the company to try get a date sorted due to me working full time , I took a day off work for them to fit the blinds and they fitted the wrong ones in my living room which was OK as they said they would come bk within two weeks to sort it out , after 2 weeks I contact them again as I had not heard anything at all for them to arrange a date for fitting so I took another day off to wait in all day until 7pm for them to cancel and say the fitter had to go home as he wasn't feeling well , I then had to rearrange another day off work for them to come again to rectify the situation but they yet again brought the wrong fittings and could not do the blinds , I then rang the company to be told I would have it sorted in a week. Its been over a week now and I still have not heard from them, this is extremely disappointing and not good customer service which is such a shame as the blinds that are correct are lovely .

From quote to fitting I can’t fault premium blinds very happy with the end result. Would highly recommend.

I had blinds installed by a man named Asif, who claimed to be both the owner of the company and the fitter. He provided a one‑year warranty and even recommended the electric blinds himself. The remote has now become faulty — the transmitter isn’t working — yet they’ve had the audacity to accuse us of breaking it. There isn’t a single mark on the remote, and it’s used at most twice a day. The light still comes on, but it’s no longer communicating with their motor.

Despite the issue being well within the warranty period, they’re refusing to replace it and are demanding payment. It’s no surprise he’s stepped down as director; the whole thing feels like a scam. I’ve reported them to Trading Standards.

Not happy with my blinds bedroom blind does not cover windows the didnot ask if wanted string or wades on patio blinds three let down appointments before they came to measure should of come yesterday to look at blinds they let me down again no safety clips on roller blinds should be by law not happy with the service

Great company, very professional and reasonably priced. They were courteous and on time from the initial consultation to the final installation. Shan did a fantastic job fitting our Vanetian blinds. I will definitely recommend.

I find Premium blinds uk online. An agent came home and very unprofessional. He can speak an English but purposely talking in punjabi language to confuse us. We were not happy at all. He manipulative us and took an order and 10 minutes later we called he didn't answer, sent a message didn't replied. As it was later in evening so I decided to call in the morning no replied back till 7pm in the evening and said there's no cancellation or refund as order was under process. How ever did turn up to put curtains on 13 days later of the order date but with wrong colour, also curtains weren't fully blackouts. When I called to company they asked me to pay more for fully black out curtains. I'm so stressed and upset with the company and their services. I strongly recommend not to fall in trap with it.

Avoid at all costs. Unprofessional, shoddy fitting and poor measuring. No aftercare don't keep appointments and very unprofessional. Cheap and best Chinese to mind.

From start to finish the feedback was good and kept us informed the fitter was very nice and great at his job iwould highly recommend them.

Terrible experience with Premium Binds UK, irresponsible, liars and certainly not professional.

Their blinds look the worst I have seen, even when trying to call the guy, ignoring calls.

So many mistakes and shameful as they take no responsibility however trying to fault the others for their rubbish workers!

Would NOT recommend them and NEVER USE AGAIN!

AVOID AS YOU’LL BE DISAPPOINTED. They will ruin your windows and there is no privacy whatsoever.

On three occasions we booked an appointment and the agent never turned up.
Reasons?
It's raining.
The roads are busy.
I told the company one week in advance that he needed to be here and completed for 11:00 as we had appointments in the afternoon.

11:05 he's half an hour away but should be done by 12:00.

Don't bother with them.
The agent never even called to say sorry but he was running late.

Really pleased with the blinds. Came out Only took a few minutes to measure 4 windows . Blinds fitted a few days later. At a really good price will use again and again! Customer service. Very good and friendly.

The communication from start to finish was absolutely brilliant. The sales person wasn't pushy he understood our budget and our styles. Its was as easy as 123.

Extremely happy with my blinds - from start to finish Premium Blinds were professional and their fitter was courteous, polite and very helpful - would recommend them to anyone
