Very happy with premier workspaces.
The office setting is great and employees are welcoming. I love that we have a break area and a good size Kitchenette and appliances for accommodations. I’m not too smiles about the security and parking employees but admins and front desk are always there for you to help in need of time and service. Renting a space here fulfills all my needs and to be able to access at any time it’s always a good thing for any business in case of an emergency or quick access.

Premier gives the promised support without any hassles and and doesn't put obstacles in the way of conducting one's own business.

I have been PBC for 3 years and the staff and services have met all my needs as business that went above and beyond the just leasing an office. The manager and receptionist always seem to offer something to help out. I truly appreciate the help Rovio and Maritza provided over the past few years of business fluctuations. They seem to be an extension of my business and it's awesome that PBC takes a real pride in the people they hire to run office.
This place is nice, clean and well maintained. It has good rates, friendly staff and Management that's on top of their game and treats my clients with professionalism.
I would recommend this building to my vendors and clients that will like to start operating in the San Fernando Valley .
