Premier Workspaces are the best group…

Premier Workspaces are the best group that I have had. My previous office was nearby where I was for a number of years and Premier Workspace has treated me so well. Annika Lopez as very nice to me and got me all set. Those ate the front office that answer the phones are very professional and I know I can trust them to represent me well when my clients call. I could not be happier with Premier Workspace and Thank you for all that you do!

We have been tenants for a few months and we really enjoy our new offices. Anika and Shawna made our move in very easy and continue to provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend Premier Workspaces at 23 Corporate Plaza.

23 Corporate Plaza Drive

I needed office space on relatively short notice and dreaded the thought of looking. I was familiar with the Fashion Island area that Premier Business Centers is located and was happy to learn space was available.

Jessica Friesen, the property manager, responded quickly to my online request to see the available space. We made arrangements for me to take a tour early that afternoon. Jessica is a very pleasant professional and was fantastic in showing me a range of spaces and the amenities offered.

While I did check out a few other locations after meeting with Jessica, I knew I only would be doing so so I had no regrets later. While some of the other spaces I toured would have met my needs nicely, the property that Jessica manages had the best mix of price, location, amenities, aesthetics and environment.

The terms and flexibility of the lease offered were very appealing; especially after being stuck in three year leases for the past 18 years. Jessica and her assistant Krystal made the on-boarding process quick and easy. It was a relief to have all of this taken care of so smoothly and with minimal paperwork. Thankfully, it was unlike any leasing procedure I have ever encountered.

Since I have moved in, any issue I have needed assistance with has been addressed quickly and to my satisfaction by either Jessica, Krystal or Bree. That has been a very nice change of pace from dealing with other past property managers who disappear once the lease has been signed.

An unexpected benefit has been the social events that Jessica and her team organize on what appears to be a regular basis. Also, the grounds, courtyards, restrooms and the building itself are all maintained at a beautifully spotless level.

As of this writing, I have zero regrets in my choice to deal with Premier Business Centers and, mores specifically, Jessica and her team.

Not there much during the day but a nice facility & staff

They are building a lot of new offices near the office I am renting. Will have to wait and see how the environment changes if at all. Right now it's quite with a few table-only-use tenants in my area on their phones outside my office. The tables are executive board room length, and I am not there much during the day so will have to see when my schedule changes to the daytime. The staff is very nice and the patio area which was just renovated came out beautiful. Should be a great place to gather/hang out when the weather warms up. Kitchen facilities are nice although I only use it to get ice and don't have visitors. If you have your own teapot so to speak, you may consider opting out of that fee, about $300/year. I have a small inner office and will be looking for an office with a window later in the year. I work happier with natural light and an ability to look up and out from my computer every so often.
