HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!! They told me to cancel my order and to get my wig from a beauty supply store.

Update: My order was not a rush order based off the order process and shipping time listed on their website.

Mercy did not give me that reasoning. Mercy was very rude to a first time customer and only mentioned that my order is still being processed.If Mercy had given me the reasoning you just stated and was not rude, then my review might have been different.

After reviewing videos and researching this company. I bought it on a Tuesday and it arrived in Less than 7 days. Customer service was great with replying to and answering my questions. They applied the coupon "LAVISHLYBRITT" and i recieved and immediate $10 dollars off. I am ordering a second wig. It's my opinion Premier is the way to go for beginners and for those finding their wings in the lace wig world. GO FOR IT!!!! Research different types of lace, definition of 360..etc..KNOW WHAT YOU WANT That was the key for me.

My wig was so soft and beautiful. This was my first time ordering from premier, and the price was great.

I received my wig about a week after ordering it. I originally ordered this wig from Amazon in a natural color 150% density and medium size cap. Unfortunately the cap was way to big even with the sewn in elastic band and the adjustable straps as well as the density was pretty thin in my opinion. I sent it back and went to the actual website to customize. I ordered a small, 1B, 12 inch, 180% density. The new wig still fit the same as the first one that I ordered on amazon and the length for both wigs are more like 16 inches instead of 12. The density on this one was more like 150% versus 180%. Also apparently the knots can’t be bleached on a 1B wig which I did not see that on the website and had I saw that I would have ordered the natural color. Also this wig had short hairs all through the wig especially the lace portion and the elastic band was sewn in incorrectly so I had to remove it. I attempted to contact the company by phone but received no response and I really needed the wig so I had to work on it myself to make it work for me. I love the texture the lace is awesome and very minimal shedding. I did finally reach out to them by email to see if I could receive a partial refund because the customization was not right but I received a response stating they sent everything correctly and if I had a problem with the wig I should not have cut the lace and sent it back for full refund. I will probably give them another chance if I need another wig because everyone deserves another chance.

I want to start off with this review not hating on the company. I truly love Premier Lace Wigs and I ONLY buy my wigs here. But I recently purchased a Deep Middle Part Curly 13'16 Lace Frontal 20 inch 180% density lace color medium wig. When I first took it out the protected seal and net and had it installed for a week I was very pleased. But literally after those 7 days were up, my wig gave up. And I was honestly confused considering I buy wigs from you guys all the time, and the state my wig is at right now, is the state my other wig are after having them for a few months. What makes it worse I've bought this wig before and loved it so much I bought it again but longer.
I followed ALL the wig care instructions when ever I buy your wigs, so I really disappointed when the wig started to shed like crazy and just any normal shedding, I mean when I would comb or finger my wig so much hair would come out. Also areas of the wig get tangled really easily and also feels different then the rest of the hair. It had me thinking was the add hair to give me 180 density synthetic hair?

Excellent wig as usual! I have been ordering wigs from premier lace wigs for the past 5 years and have never experienced any problems with the quality of the hair. I buy one unit every year and wear that for the duration of the year. As expected with continuous daily wear (I don't sleep in my wigs), the texture of the wig does begin to change after 10 or so months but I am able to extend the longevity by deep conditioning etc. I will continue to purchase from this company as the hair is great and the shipping is super fast.

The wig was super soft, though with my small head I thought getting a small cap size would be perfect to fit, since the medium is too big.. in this case the lace part fitting from ear to ear wasn’t quite like implied. The rest of the wig in the back was too big, for a small capsize. Overall I am pleased with the realistic look of the wig, minimal shedding on it as well

1/20/20: Everyone else who Has been is complaining of poor quality wigs shedding and breaking. BE AWARE! This company operates On Ali baba as Qdpremierwigs
And Premier Lace wigs. Both companies on Paypal are identified as “QingDaoWig Co. Ltd for orders. I did a fake order on Ali baba Paypal and it was verified as the same company. My Last Bad wig was Excessively delayed and I suspect they used theIr cheaper “Ali baba” qdpremierwigs company to make my order. These Ali baba complaints say the same thing About this company that people have been saying here. So for the owner to say I didn’t deserve a good wig after I paid $590 CDN for it is true, in so far they used their other Lower quality sourced hair company. He’s admitted that my wig is cheap and not $800.00 as he stated should have paid for. You don’t offer wigs at that price point and it isn’t a justification for sending our poorly made wigs and blaming your customers for calling you out on your bad business practices

And Yes it does make your wigs very very bad Malaysian virgin hair means unprocessed it should not break and snap after three washes. I’ve repeatedly told you of the quality I wanted I selected Malaysian virgin hair and according to your response now that virgin hair no customer should expect it to last more than three washes. That order number I provided to you you took Information from a previous order in June 2019 and quoted it which is wrong that order number I quoted you was my recent order from October 2019. when you pay $400 for a custom wig that is Malaysian virgin hair regardless you do not expect it to start breaking incessantly after three washes. When you order a Remy wig which is much cheaper from you that is the cheaper quality hair, to which you would expect Breakage to happen. You can stay you’ve been in the business 20 years other Customer reviews are continually informing you that your wigs are breaking and shedding constantly I’m not the only one. I have a new supplier and I am extremely happy with this Unit end it is not breaking and I paid much less for it. you falsely advertise Malaysian virgin hair and charge an additional hundred dollars for that quality and texture of hair it should not break incessantly after three washes. For you to state if I wanted a wig that was $900 that would not break you don’t even offer that through your website as an ordering option. To buy virgin Remy Malaysian hair which I paid an extra hundred dollars for your now telling me you put that inferior grade Remi into my wig and now if I want to high high high quality we’re going to pay an additional $900 for when you advertise Malaysian virgin hair that is what you are expected to provide. You are not telling the truth in your ordering I’ve placed another order for a wig in October And I ordered virgin Malaysian hair unprocessed you are now telling me if I wanted that I need to pay $900 for. So you just informed me that you did put inferior quality Remy hair into that wig. So don’t mislead your customers saying that they’re buying Malaysian virgin hair but if they really want virgin Malaysian hair you got a pay an additional $900 now you’ve been called out. Your trying to show your “customer service” By saying please contact us When your return policies do not allow for returns or refunds for cut lace or washed Custom wigs. when I tried to report this problem on my other wigs to you, you claimed the lace has been cut and it is washed And nothing could be done. You claim to help and assume this is an off the shelf wig not a custom made one which we pay extra for and expect and demand top quality hair. Not the “remy” hair for a 100.00 wig. the Breaking and shedding problems with Any acid and silicon treated “remy” hair disguised As good hair you assure us we are getting. This is your problem with manufacturing not mine. The breakage always happens after your seven day return policy Has expired. It’s a sham policy and your factory is not using good hair For custom units. You send custom units cut with really inferior remy hair And charging customers for virgin hair.

I’ve given this company two chances and that was more than they deserved. I purchased two units and they began to Break and shed so badly after three or four washes. Apart from my order being delayed by an additional 20 days I’m convinced they’re Malaysian and Brazilian hair which they charge extra for is cut with bad grade Remy hair. I’ve had wigs where I have had maybe one or two rear shed or break, A rare occurrence. Every day I get handfuls of breakage on my kitchen floor my bathroom floor when I brush my hair with a wide tooth comb. If you want a good quality product do you not come here. Wayne will assure you that this is virgin 100% unprocessed and then once you start using it and doing a couple of washes it’s completely horrible quality hair That his factory has used. Do not recommend this supplier.
