Very friendly firm who took their time to understand my job requirements and expectations. I highly recommend working with them to find your next role.

I greatly appreciated the professional and gracious service that I have received from Adrian Watson at Premier Jobs UK. The professional communication with clear and concise follow up emails and telephone calls have been second to none. During a period of transition, it is powerful to receive positive affirmations, and expert opening questions in helping to govern the way forward with creating space for a paradigm shift. I would highly recommend their professional services to others in the future.

Throughout the process Jason and Alyson have been professional, very understanding of what I required along with being a great support before and after interviews
Having come across many recruiters in the past I can safely say they are the best in terms of service and professionalism and would highly recommend to anyone looking for the next step in their career.

Jason and Alyson have been fantastic at helping me secure a position of an IFA.

I really liked their attention to detail in knowing the companies they sold me too. Before each interview we had a telephone meeting to go through what the company were looking for and the type of questions they would ask, which helped me immensely prepare for such interviews.

They really know the companies they present to you which shows their level of commitment.

They are also really friendly people to deal with and give you ongoing guidance throughout the process.

I would not hesitate in recommending Alyson and Jason and Premier Jobs UK.

Jason & Alyson have been great from the very start and kept me updated throughout the whole process.

Highly recommended

Often great companies are reflected in the quality of their work force
It was great to experience that with Alfie Williams. He was very supportive, calm and willing to go the extra mile.

Alyson and Jason were hugely supportive throughout my whole experience. I felt they were the most thorough and helpful people I’ve dealt with from the initial phone call to the interview stages, they took my own situation into account and were not pushy. They really took the time to get to know me and my needs and get the best overview of me and my experience. They were very clear and helpful with emails and calls, and made me feel comfortable and confident. I would definitely recommend and use their services again, and really appreciate their time and support.

I recently worked with Jason and Alyson at Premier Jobs during an application process, and although the role I applied for was ultimately withdrawn, I still wanted to leave a review because of how professional and supportive they both were throughout.
From the very first conversation, Jason and Alyson were friendly, clear, and easy to communicate with. They kept me updated at every stage, provided helpful guidance, and made the whole process feel smooth and well‑managed.

It’s rare to come across recruiters who are genuinely invested in candidates and who maintain such a high level of professionalism, regardless of the outcome. I really appreciated their time, support, and the positive experience they created.

Derek provided excellent support during my recruitment process, which kept me reassured and fully informed throughout. He was proactive, always chasing for a response and keeping the momentum. It made me feel much more at ease knowing Derek was on the ball; it felt like he was truly on my team and wanted the win for me, and not just himself.

Adrian Watson is a top man. Couldn’t have asked for someone more helpful. Adrian always on me regularly and kept me updated throughout!

Alyson and Jason were really good and proactive in finding me a role. They were clear with expected timelines were incredibly helpful. They are very knowledgable about the financial services and it was a tough decision not to take the job offer they helped me secure. But I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future again if the opportunity was available. Thank you both!

Adrian absolutely deserves 5 stars for the incredible support he provided throughout my job search. From the very beginning, he was attentive, responsive, and truly took the time to understand what I was looking for.

What stood out most was how genuine he was. Adrian didn’t just treat the process like a transaction—he really seemed to care about helping *me* find the right opportunity, not just filling a position. At the same time, it was clear that he also cared deeply about the company he was recruiting for. He took pride in making sure there was a strong fit on both sides, which made the entire experience feel thoughtful and professional.

His communication was consistent, he followed up when he said he would, and he made sure I felt informed and supported every step of the way. It’s rare to come across someone who balances professionalism with genuine kindness so well.

If you have the chance to work with Adrian, you’re in great hands. He truly deserves 5 stars!

Thanks Andy House for all of your effort.
