Premier Events | Our Guarantee
Your order is 100% guaranteed to be Safe, Secure and Certain that you will get your tickets.
Premier Events is aware of the anxiety amongst consumers when purchasing tickets and VIP packages from ticket brokers and secondary agents online. During our 30 years of experience in the tickets and hospitality industry, concerns have never been higher, with an alarming number of online scammers and so-called ‘fan-to-fan’ exchanges and marketplaces leaving clients outside venues without their tickets and out of pocket.
We don’t believe in hiding behind a guarantee that isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on. We disagree with websites having ‘get-out-clauses’ when the tickets sold are fetching much more on the market than what they are sold for. All tickets we sell are genuine, but we don’t feel we need to shout about that as legitimate tickets should be taken for granted and expected when buying premium tickets on the secondary market.
Our Guarantee is simple; once you confirm a booking with Premier Events, you are getting your tickets. No call centres. No hold queues – Get through to a dedicated broker straight away by calling 020 7283 4040. Immediate responses to email enquiries.
Dedicated out of hours emergency service. 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year.
Monitor and track your bookings online 24/7.
We only sell tickets from our own stock. No third party “sellers" offering tickets they cannot supply.
You will receive an immediate refund on your tickets if an event is cancelled and not rescheduled.

Oasis gold package
We purchased places for Oasis the gold package, one month before the Wembley Show on the 27th of september. We have to say that we were a bit worried because we didn’t know at the time Premier Events but they did a wonderful job and we were able to assist to a completely sold-out concert for which no tickets were left.
Thank you the team, we won’t forget it, it was biblical!

Decide first and reserve tickets first.
It was difficult to pay by credit card from Japan, my country. David helped me a lot and finally I could bought tickets. I reserved tickets almost 11 months ago and received e-tickets just before departure.
It was a little anxious but again, David replied my inquiry quickly and received tickets.
Very trustful company.
My seats are very nice and my husband and I enjoyed our first Last Night of The Proms very much.
We were even shown briefly on BBC.

No. Thank YOU!
We're thrilled you were happy working with Premier Events.
Tickets for the Last Night of the Proms arrived as promised six days before the event.
We purchased tickets for the Last Night of the Proms event at the Royal Albert Hall through Premier Events.
We did not know the company but they answered our questions and seemed credible so we went ahead and paid for our tickets in November 2024.
We were advised that our they would not arrive until shortly before the date of the show so were nervous as to whether they would actually arrive but six days before the show two legitimate tickets dropped into my inbox and we had a fantastic time the following Saturday, with front row seats. Thank you Premier Events, you did exactly what you promised.

Good experience
Originally I booked 4 tickets in error. I called them and they answered quickly and made the necessary change for me. They were polite and helpful throughout.
They emailed me before the concert for names on the tickets. Access was superb to Wembley - no queuing and seers were very good. All in all a good experience. I would use them again

Great experience!
I came from the U.S. to see Coldplay at Wembley and was very skeptical about getting tickets for the show as I read horror stories online.
Premier Events got me 4 tickets at a fair price, and they were very communicative. We had a blast at the show. Will definitely use this company again!

Coldplay tickets
Tickets delivered as promised. Great seats. Very reliable option worth paying for if you want to secure a premium location a long time ahead of show and avoid stress and uncertainty of some of the other avenues for secondary purchases.

Premier Events - Great Experience
Purchased Coldplay tickets via Premier Events - the package was exactly as described, easy to book via their website and everything was straight forward and hassle free. Would definitely recommend.
Just some constructive feedback but doesn’t take away from a good service, we were informed that tickets would be transferred 3-4 days prior to the event, I totally appreciate and understand that you pass them on as soon as you receive them from the venue but just over 24hrs before the event, we hadn’t received them and was a bit worrying as no update. A quick email and we had them a few hours later, just think a simple email explaining this is perfectly normal would have been appreciated.
Overall a great service to secure seats in often sold out shows or a premium seat, so would use again. Thank you!

Thank you for your kind feedback! We're glad you found the booking process easy and enjoyed the event. The slight delay in ticket transfer was due to the bank holiday affecting venue releases, but we appreciate your understanding and will improve communication around this in future.
We look forward to helping you secure more great seats again soon!
