Premier Care in Bathing Anmeldelser

Installers worked well, and to a high standard.
Had issues initially with the plan which seemed to have the shower the wrong way round.
In my view the project manager should be on site the first morning to iron out any of these issues and ensure the project proceeds smoothly.

I want to say our fitter, Nasos, went out of his way to complete our new shower. My husband has alzeimers so a walk-in shower was perfect.
Nasos did an outst@nding job for us and we can’t thank him and the admin staff for their help.
There were a few unexpected problems on the way but they were sorted and just today thank you to everyone.

Efficient, respectful, and hardworking installers.
Good to have a customer liaison person enquiring about progress of the job in hand and to sort out any issues that may arise.

The person sent to fit walk in Bath was called Steve. He was very good, and a nice person to get on with.

What can be a stressful experience was made less so by the sales rep Paul, the surveyor Craig and in particular by the subcontractor Paul & his family who could have been more professional and helpful if they tried. The only blip was Justin the electrician not turning up when he said he was, but Samir, who was also very professional, from the office rang everyday and made sure the electrician did turn up the next day - all in all I am very satisfied & would highly recommend Premier Care in Bathing 🌈

I have already sent trust pilot report as requested by Premier Care in Bathing Ref 20761 and have changed the number of stars given as requested as these refer to the fitter's work, which was very good.

excellent service, kept us informed, very punctual, good work and cleaned up after them. also very obliging in helping us. We are pleased with the bathroom, it looks lovely and has made such a difference to our welll being

The company project managed the whole process which meant we didn’t have to. They phoned daily to check in with us and the installer to see how it was going. Any concerns were responded to.
The installer checked in with us along the way. He kept us informed of his comings and goings. Having started he worked straight through to completion.

Excellent products. All staff are really helpful and professional. All give personal care of the whole project

Happy with the change of a bath to a walk-in shower.
Mick, the fitter kept me informed of the progress during the work. He was a pleasant hard worker who worked long days and kept the place clean and tidy. Sameer also phoned me each day to check that I was happy with the work.

Each person was polite and friendly turning up on time.
The electrician were professional. The shower fitter was excellent! I was called daily to see how the work was progressing. Bath and rubbish cleared away

Fantastic customer services from Sameer, who kept in contact throughout.
Kane did a great job of transforming an unsuitable bathroom into a quality shower with easy, safe access. Quality workmanship
Many thanks

Not an easy thing having your bathroom totally updated but James made the job so much easier for us. He was a very tidy and clean worker. Would deffinitely recomend

Fitter Paul Mason was excellent, efficient and hard-working. Both he and the electrician explained the problems and solutions clearly. Highly recommended.

Premier Care in Bathing. At first I was a little surprised at the quote but so pleased that we went ahead, from the initial design meeting through to the end of instalment was a very painless process, we were contacted each day to check everything was as it should be, Kosta our fitter did a wonderful job, very quick, very tidy and pleasant to boot. The bathroom looks fabulous. All rubbish promptly removed as promised. You may get it cheaper but you wouldn't get it better. Thank you so much to all concerned.

Excellent service from start to finish.
The only suggestion would be better if the prices could be itemised so you can see exactly what you’re paying for rather than just a package price.
What I will say though that firstly a big thank you to Claire who was our Customer Account support, she rang every day to check how things were going and if we had any concerns or questions. Very friendly and polite every step of the way and excellent customer service.
Secondly to our fitter Jakub, he was exceptional he worked like a Trojan every day, he just got on with his job with no breaks. He cleaned up after himself every day to a high standard and was a friendly polite young gentleman.
Thirdly to Carl our salesman he was friendly, helpful, polite and understanding of our needs.
We would definitely recommend this company and my parents are really pleased with the final solution - thank you

The fitter was excellent. He gave some good advice.

NO PHOTO,

From start to finish all went well, staff all polite, end result is lovely. Someone checked everyday to make sure things were going to plan.
