Premier Care in Bathing Anmeldelser

Premier care contacted me every day to make sure everything was going to plan, they were terrific from beginning to end.

Mike was very professional at his work very pleasant and very helpful in answering questions.

Standard of workmanship is exemplary as is the materials used and timing was prompt and fully explained. If there was a complaint it would be the fact that 90% of cost has to be paid before the completion date, which does induse negative thoughts about company honesty

Very good service took on board what we required, completed in timely manner wiith attention to detail

Great customer care and fitting of our new shower.

ALL WENT WELL AND TO PLAN FITTERS WERE EXCELLENT AND CONSIDERATE JOB FINISHED IN 2 DAYS BACK UP TEAM GREAT WITH DAILY PHONE CALLS AND PROJECT MANAGER CHHECKS WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE THANKS TO ALL

Avoid Premier Bathroom care. This company is acting uncaring, rude, intimidating ,very dishonest and distressful. The salesman in Cardiff came to visit me to have shower, but all he did was being rude and argumentative about some bad reviews of people in Transpilot, offending somebody that broke toilet seat because of obesity, then he asked about my budget, I asked him for solutions to my bath, he turned nasty and intimidating and I had to ask him to go away.Extremely rude company , lack of customer care and lack of manners, probably they just want to make money quickly and treating vulnerable people like a piece of nothing
Please avoid these salesmen and this company!

Thanks to all staff at Premier Bathing, for there assistance with our new bathroom space . With the new shower walls and floor, this is easier to use than climbing into the previous bath. This was a difficult process before .
Thanks again.

our fitter was very good and kept us up dated every step of the way very profession clean and tidy nothing was to much trouble i would recommend his work to anybody

Very good and helpful went through the whole process of the working s

I gave them 5 out of 5 as they have done an excellent job, really expressed, it's lush. Would recommend them.

Jacob was superb and his work was excellent

Last year I had a new bathroom fitted by premier care. The fitter worked hard and the job was finished to my satisfaction. Unfortunately 2 problems have developed. The toilet cysten has gone wrong and the toilet seat has come loose. I understood that this would be covered by the guarantee. Not so apparently. Having phoned the company I was told that there would be a charge of over 100 pounds for someone to call and fix. I was told it might be cheaper to find a plumber. My first review gave the company 5 stars I now give it 1 stop. If you purchase make sure what is covered by the guarantee

Fitter Mike Treforest was superb, he worked long hours to ensure my recently disabled wife could use the walk in shower and other features of the new bathroom. He worked independently but referred to me as required and We had total confidence in him. Recommended

Ricky was courteous, skilled and highly effective Nothing was too much trouble and the final finish very professional. Yvonne, our contact, was considerate, efficient and covered everything brilliantly. Thank you Premier Care 👍

It was a good experience.Kiko was on time every day.Did an excellent job in his quiet but friendly way and left me with a well fitted clean bathroom.

Very pleased with the installation of our new shower.Callumn did a great job. He was very polite, friendly and hard working

See previous statements about the failure of the people providing the materials and getting them to us on time
The fitter worked tirelessly and had to keep being delayed and having to source some items locally all of which ate into his time which is why he had to work until Saturday at 8pm

Great fast and professional service the workmanship of the fitter was first class very I cannot fault it in any way.

Our fitter Chris was always prompt in arrival. Very polite and very experienced and professional. His work was top quality. We felt safe in his hands.
