In response to their reply to my Trustpilot review I have sent Premier Plates their acknowledgement email that they said they never sent together with my follow up email, including my name, that they also have no record of

We have requested that you provide further information so that we can detrmine the validity of your 'complaint'. You have failed to provide further information and so we cannot address your complaint. What we can say is that we have reviewed enquiries on the 23rd of August 2023 within our CMS system and we have no record of anyone making an enquiry with the name Andy or Andrew. Assuming that your name is Andy or Andrew we have no record of your enquiry. Furthermore we have reviewed email records and we cannot find any email correspondence between the 23rd of August and the time of your Truspilot review regarding your follow up to an enquiry allegedly made from our website. We can only assume that your review isn't genuine and we would therefore ask that you remove it. We have provided Trustpilot with a copy of our CMS system records on the 23rd August 2023 and the days before and after for the purposes of proving we have no record of your enquiry.

Very pleased with the overall service and quality from Premier Plates UK. Responded to my queries promptly and very easy ordering process.
Had my 3D plates within a week of ordering and all registered with the new plates within 2 weeks of ordering so extremely quick and efficient service they provide. Only thing I had to do was my insurance and that took all of 2 minutes so really happy with the whole process of getting my new private reg!
Pricing was really good too. Found Premier Plates UK to be the cheapest of all DVLA approved websites with plates and registration included, especially for an excellent service they provide.
Will definitely use this website again, thank you for such a smooth process!

Experienced an excellent customer service
Bought private plate 4 months prior to the car I intended to transfer the personal plate on. Had an excellent customer service from Tim as he was a great help from searching the right plate to get the transfer completed with no hassle.
Highly recommend Premier Plates as they are reliable and customer centric, understand the individual needs and get the deal done accordingly.
