Total scam
Ordered an expensive 14k gold charm that costed around $400 and it never arrived, when I contacted costumer service they were very rude claiming I was lying and even posted a screenshot of my email to social media just to mock me. I never got a refund and eventually they ended up blocking me.
FABULOUS
I have ordered many times over the years and buy from Preloved Pandora boutique because I love the pieces and prices ate very good. Delivery comes quick and always shows a status foe parcel x I love the videos and have vever has a problem .

I had very pleasant experience with Boutique and the owner. Everything I've ordered was genuin and in good condition. One time I've got a wrong item, but she sent me the right one as soon as possible and even let me keep "the wrong" one since I'm the international buyer I suppose. Milly was always kind and professional in our communication, she's not very talkative, probably because of busy life and work but that's fine with me, we are all different.
I do not order as much now, not because of anything connected to this shop but because of Royal Mail international shipping costs which were increased lately. I do recommend Preloved pandora boutique!

DO NOT SEND BANK DETAILS IN THE POST
Right from the beginning Melissa was rude and unprofessional with my request. She clearly doesn't understand customer service or how to properly write an email.
I helpfully pointed out to her that sending your bank details through the post is an extremely big risk and so I asked for some confirmation from her that I would indeed be paid for the items once they were received and that my details would remain secure. Melissa directed me to her Facebook page which does indeed have a large following but this does not confirm that my details would be secure. She also said that 'no-one has complained yet' but I can see from this review page that that was a lie.
I suggested some alternative, more secure methods of selling and buying online so that both she and her customers can feel safer and more secure and she simply cancelled my request saying she was no longer interested in my items. I please ask you to reconsider selling to this business as it is not safe to send your bank details THROUGH THE POST.
Pleasantly surprised
I don’t tend to leave many reviews but thought I needed to share the great experience I had. Received an offer of £110 for two items, posted with special delivery one evening and had the money in my account less than 24 hours later.
I have never bought anything from this website but the selling process was straight forward and hassle free.
I was a little nervous because the website looks a little amateur but I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome.
Needs improvement.
Website pictures could be of the actual item, not previously listed items so customers know the EXACT condition. I received a charm a while back that I am not happy with but returns on sale are not allowed. However there's always an offer on. Also...wouldn't take much to give the items a clean for resale!
Service is not great. I feel the business owner is possibly rushing around a lot and has a busy home life. Which is understandable but shouldn't impact customers or customer service. Seller makes mistakes with orders and replies to emails in a hurry with little empathy or apology. When it is your business more care and consideration should be taken. Customer service and attitude towards people on socials is lacking, to be honest. Maybe be more helpful and less blunt? And actually reply to people when they comment. They are potential customers and they are being taken for granted. Don't have social media for your business if you don't want to answer queries/ reply. Even if it is repetitive and what you think may be an obvious answer, be courteous!
Items aren't always packaged in a way they are protected from postal damage. I have received items broken due to lack of care taken. For example a ring had been completely squashed in the post. This was a ring I very much would have liked to have but had to return due to the damage and it is no longer sold by Pandora brand new. Total waste. I have received incorrect items too. Which the return postage gets refunded (only if you chase it up), but it is the inconvenience of having to go to a post office and then wait for the order again.
I can't comment on whether the items are real or fake. Based on what I have read online I can't tell, all the ones I have received seem real. However, be careful when ordering as when you go into the item, there are several options. And sometimes the one in stock is listed as pandora in the title, then when you click on it there are several options, where one is sometimes "copy of pandora" (or similar). And you can easily miss this when ordering. Should be a separate listing. Recent experiences mean I think I will shop elsewhere in future.

Absolutely the rudest woman in customer service - never received item and sent 3 emails to ask her to track from her end as a company that sent it .. then got a snotty email back saying she don't work for Royal Mail ?! I said I never suggested u did but your name and email is on the site to contact and I haven't received my item !! and I'm asking you to try and trace it as the sender or claim for it off them two weeks for a 48hr tracked delivery isn't right ... however on reading the reviews clearly ir isn't just me who experienced the delightful Melissa ... how she still has a business with that attitude is beyond me !! Appalling customer service ... do not purchase from this company

Absolutely awful. Extremely hit and miss with quality and genuine/counterfeit of products. 85% of stuff you get is counterfeit yet she will advertise a picture on her website Facebook and Instagram of genuine Pandora???? Really weird and items are never as described always in a really bad condition! I’ve received stuff badly tarnished when she’s advertised it with a picture looking all sparkling new on her website and social media platforms, and other stuff so badly scratched and worn or stretched beyond wear with no life left in it! She’s also very rude and nasty if you call her out on it and refuses to refund you. I’ve wasted a lot of money on her counterfeit items she gets from Etsy and Ali baba and I can’t return as she doesn’t accept returns on sale items. Yet always has a sale on??!!! Don’t get fooled like my family and I did she’s a con artist. She’s conned my friends as well, they all have the same experience with this disgraceful seller! Lost a lot of customers from her scamming ways none of my family or friends will purchase from her again. Do yourself a favour and pay the extra and purchase from the genuine Pandora website. AWFUL customer service
I purchase a lot from Milly. Probably at least twice a week. However she posted a photo on the Facebook page and Instagram page of the parcels ready to be shipped and a few customer addresses was on show. I commented saying ‘there’s people’s addresses on show’ I have now been blocked from the Facebook and Instagram page ha!
Wouldn’t recommend!! Items aren’t as described. I got a bracelet that was so tarnished it looks horrible!! She doesn’t accept returns so left with an awful looking bracelet I’ll never wear!

1st time buying from pre loved bracelet spot on but unfortunately royal mail decided to detour my package so arrived 4 days later than expected.
Disappointed too often
Used this site often. Most purchases arrive in good time and are as described. BUT a significant number of items arrived damaged or were more worn than the photos posted. Some were refunded when asked, but with no apology, just money back in the bank. A couple of times the wrong item was sent. The last time this happened I emailed to explain politely how disappointing it was to receive the wrong item - again. The response was curt bordering on rude. However I was told that the correct item would be sent. Which I was really happy about. The item did not arrive and, without communication, I received a refund. This seller is too hit and miss, which is a shame because some of the items on her site are great and well priced. I will not purchase again. It is so disappointing to look forward to receiving something and to then be let down with bad communication and incorrect poor quality items.
