The Only Place I Would Buy A Car From…
Had a great experience with Chris and Mat at Precious Metals.
Not knowing anything about cars it can be a daunting task but they were fantastic from start to finish.
The guys managed all areas from finding my perfect car and the right finance options to delivering it to me. Their tea isn’t bad either!
I have bought many cars over the years - brand new and used, and Precious Metals are head and shoulders the best company I have ever dealt with.

Precious Metal has been absolutely fantastic in assisting me with sourcing my new car! I bought my car unseen off the website and it is exactly what I was looking for. Bought my Mercedes gla from Precious…
Bought my Mercedes gla from Precious metal a couple of months ago but recently had problems with the automatic boot, I contacted Matt who was the sales person I dealt with when I purchased the car informing him of the problem and was advised to take it to a garage to diagnose the problem, the results of which was a faulty battery, I contacted Matt who immediately authorised me to have the battery replaced and forward their contact details to the garage for the payment due, I was contacted by the garage later that day to say ‘payment was paid in full’. Very impressed and very grateful, I would highly recommend Precious Metal cars……..Well done.

Recently purchased a car and dealt with both Chris and Mat. It’s clear they are very customer focused and pride themselves on providing excellent customer service. They were extremely professional courteous and knowledgeable about the cars for sale. We were kept up to date at all times about the process of test driving and purchasing the car. All calls and emails were answered and acknowledged promptly. We would certainly consider purchasing our next car from them.

5* service from moment we contacted Precious Metals enquiring about a new car. Chris was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable with regards to the car we were interested in and made us feel at ease immediately. Chris was extremely professional without being at all pushy. The sale went though quickly and we picked up the car 2 days later. Would highly recommend these guys if you are after a new vehicle.

Precious Metal go above and beyond
Precious Metal offered a fantastic service. They listened and advised me throughout the purchase with no pressure. They are a marvellous team who really allow you to buy your dream car with confidence. Their customer service skills are great and they really do care about their clients the support was amazing and they offer a great aftercare service which meant I could drive away with the reassurance that they are only a phone call away for help, advice or any future assistance. I've never been to a car show room like it. They have gone above and beyond my expectations.
Amazing job done and I would recommend them to anyone.

Recently bought a range rover evoke…
Recently bought a range rover evoke from precious metal in wakefield. They have been nothing short of amazing to deal with. Within 10 minutes of seeing the car online, we were able to drive down and see it in person. The team were amazing at getting us a good finance deal which was much lower interest than any other dealer we had spoken to. Since we have purchased it, the guys have been incredible in supporting with some minor issues we have had and making this easier for us to get resolved. The customer service is brilliant with a real small business/family feel, and a great example of a car dealership that still has a focus on their customers long after the sale unlike most.
I already know that all my future cars will be purchased through them. To the team - never change how you deal with customers! It is greatly appreciated.

10/10 customer service and car quality
Mat was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, and I really could not recommend Precious Metal enough!! From the very first phone call, I felt I was a valued customer and any of my questions (and there were lots!) were answered with detail. When I went to go view my new car, Mat was incredibly welcoming to both me and my partner and was happy to show us anything we asked regarding the car. Overall this was the most stress free and exciting car buying experience, and I know I will be returning to them in the future if I ever decide to move on my Mini! All of this to say, a 10/10 customer service with an excellent range of cars, and I couldn't recommend Precious Metal highly enough!! Thanks again for helping me buy my beautiful car! :)
