Great service, very professional will certainly return!

I'd seen a piece online I liked. As I was in London the next day (but very tight on spare time) I rang to check it was in stock so I didn't have a wasted detour. They kindly said they'd put it away for me, which they did and it was there ready for me to try on when the store opened on Saturday. Great service and I love the cardigan!!

I simply love Precious!! Kate and Sarah know my quirky style and are always honest with their opinion. I love the personal customer service too. This shop is a real gem if you haven't visited!! Xx

I always enjoy my shopping experience at the Precious shop. There is always a warm welcome and greeting. Sarah and/or Kate are on hand to give guidance on sizing and to offer impartial feedback on any items I’m interested in. I also love how any purchase is neatly wrapped and presented.

The garments are reasonably priced and the service is excellent.

In spite of receiving the wrong pair of trousers in my order, Sarah, Kate and their team sorted the error out quickly and efficiently. I have been buying clothes for years from Precious and, as ever, the clothes were lovely.

I fell in love with the Pom double heart scarf and saw it in a local Belfast boutique for £139, too pricey for me. Found the boutique Precious in-line and ordered there for a much better price. It came on time, well wrapped and a lovely little note. Thank you for a wonderful purchase. I’ll def recommend Precious-London

I’ve always gotten the emails from Precious and mentally chose what would go in my wardrobe. Or peer in the windows during Columbia Road Flower Markets, but haven’t yet purchased. Couldn’t help myself this time the sale was just to good! Loved the updates on the order status and all lovingly packed when it arrived. Will shop again for sure

Your shop is amazing. You are all always lovely and helpful. I always end up buying more than I expected because there is such a great selection!

I ordered and paid for my item on July 1 and having paid 30 pounds postage I would have expected it to be almost here by now. Tracking indicates it has not reached this country yet. Other UK businesses charge 15 pounds postage and the parcel takes 1 week to arrive with DHL express delivery. Maybe you should move to a more efficient carrier.

Service is first class. Difficulty for online shopping at times is gauging the cut of the item - eg whether fitted or oversized

Fabulous personal service & gorgeous items that arrived quickly & beautifully packaged.

I placed an order from Canada through Atterley, and it arrived much faster than expected. The jacket was beautiful, fit like a glove, and was in pristine condition. Sarah was extremely kind in her note and detailed all the precautions her store was taking to keep the garments clean and safe, which is much appreciated in these times!
