Customer service, empathy & support is amazing
Made contact with RPA Group yesterday under difficult circumstances and I was amazed by the level of empathy and support to my situation. Both representatives I spoke to were so helpful and understanding of my situation and went out of their way to help resolve several situations I had found myself in. The level of customer care is unmatched and a real breath of fresh air, so thank you to both Emma and Robin who made my day that little easier to deal with.

I completed a full private remedy process with this company and served a Notice of Dishonour & Perfected Claim.They did not provide any verified claim or lawful rebuttal.This message stands as public notice that the matter is recorded in dishonour and remains unrebutted. Having a text system available i found really good. Prompt replies and not having to speak to a robot was a massive plus.

Amazing experience
I had almost £800 in debt with a credit card company. When it was passed to PRA Group I believe it was around 400. Since then, I’ve set up payment plans and sent individual payments to get it paid off. I had a brief period of time where I couldn’t make my payment, and the situation was handled delicately and perfectly. Today, I am debt free from this particular debt (and even accidentally made an overpayment). Thank you very much to Abbie who spoke to me over the phone to refund the extra amount.

Absolutely amazing staff and company
Absolutely amazing staff and company. I spoke with someone called Abbie today, she was non judgmental, professional, kind, informative and very personable! We need more Abbies in the world. Talking about debt is not the easiest subject but Abbie made me feel comfortable and able to speak openly about my health and money situation. Thank you Abbie! The only debt collection agency I've…
The only debt collection agency I've ever known to call on Christmas Eve. I owe them a few hundred quid since around 2003. To be honest they're lucky to be getting anything after 20 years.

Couldn't be more helpful
Couldn't be more helpful. Spoke to several representatives over the phone and have all been helpful but none more than Sue.
Difficult time leading up to Xmas, van breakdowns, boiler packs up, Father passes away. It's really helps to speak to understanding people like Sue and the guys at PRA.
Always come off the phone feeling like at least someone's one my side.

Not a good company
The constant means testing of an OAPs pension
which is only a state pension and they carry on with this even at the end of life (less than 6 Months left)
They bought my Debt for penny's in the pound

I recently spoke with PRA Group about the account i have with them, i found them to be very helpful, understanding and they showed compassion which was a relief because it can be worrying when speaking with company's such as PRA Group but i found this company helpful and understanding.
The person i spoke with only a few days ago was very helpful (I can't remember her name sorry), polite and understanding. The person i spoke with prior to that a few months ago was also very helpful.(Can't remember her name either.)
Unfortunately, i have a few accounts with similar company's to PRA Group , some of those others were not as helpful or understanding as PRA Group.
From my experience, if you have an account with PRA Group - don't worry as they are there to help which I'm sure that's what they will do. Whatever your situation, explain this politely and calmly and I'm sure they will help.

I screwed up. They are fixing it.
I made a mistake on my account for my first payment. I had madea payment on a different card but it cancelled my contract. The lady I spoke to Sarah was really helpful and upon learning my situation And circumstances, gave me a few better options than the one I had chosen. It gave me a bit of peace that I may get through the holidays with the heat on.
