I’ve been using PracticePanther for a few months now and my experience has been amazing! It’s very easy to use, has all the features I need and price is super competitive when you compare to similar softwares in the market.

Practice Panther does not maintain the correct billing rates. I have different billing rates for different matters and they have been clearly inputted by me, but Practice Panther keeps slipping and using the default rate for matters that have custom rates. They tell me they are working on fixing this, but have not done so after months of complaints.

Practice Panther did not work for our firm's needs and we moved on to another practice management software. They did not send out an auto renew notice for an annual subscription and refused to refund the subscription. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My firm relies on so many of PracticePanther's features. If you're looking for an all-in-one solution then this is the right software. We particularly love PantherPayments because it saves us so much time with billing & invoicing and our clients like how easy it is to make a payment.

I love PracticePanther! I've used it for over a year and I can't imagine using any other program. It's extremely easy to use and intuitive. I can access it anywhere and love the app. It automates a wide variety of tasks including calendaring, workflows, document creation and intake forms. Plus it makes tracking time and sending invoices simple - even for those who aren't super tech savvy. I highly recommend PracticePanther!

Top-of-the-line product with top-of-the-line support.

I have been using PracticePanther for around 3 years now and have loved everything about it since day 1. I did I did my homework prior to starting my subscription and this is the easiest software to use BY FAR. PracticePanther offered the most bang for my buck and their support was been very responsive for me.

PracticePanther has it all. From custom workflows, case & contact management, easy billing, time tracking, and even their own payment processing. Unlike other practice management software that our firm has leveraged in the past, we could manage all of our administrative functions from the software without having to maintain and log in to a bunch of other solutions. Before we were stuck paying from a ton of separate systems, which got expensive and confusing. So moving to PracticePanther has been huge for us.

PracticePanther is also extremely easy to use. Our staff was onboarded and productively using the platform within a day or so. Everything can be done with just a few clicks. Very convenient.

The migration from my prior Practice Mgmt tool was useless. I called in to speak to person in an email and when I called in their reception person did not know who I was talking about.

I cancelled within first 30 days so as to get a refund. I have made many calls multiple emails and still no refund.

I suppose cancelling them seems like the best decision I made with regard to my "relationship" with them.

BEWARE

Horrible customer service - no one ever calls you and - glitches all the time. Sync issues, calendar doesn't save. Only owner setup constraints - admin setup not scalable. DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE! Our law firm regrets purchasing Practice Panther almost everyday!

Terrible customer service. They do not get back to you for weeks!! I had an urgent client issue and needed a quick answer. They never answer the phone at customer support. I am leaving this company!

This company replied to my prior review by wrongfully stating that I was a customer. In fact, I was never a customer, they gave me a preliminary access and then I declined. Then, they decided to charge me a year after the fact. Definitely not a trustworthy company and now they are stating lies in their reply to my previous review.
