It was very hard to solve the issue. They said lie to me that the instructor is Mahmoud and I registered my class for this instructor. Once I sent my screenshot as proof then they accepted. Now, instead of my depth part of my class they transferred my both classes (breath and depth) to another date. So, I have no access to my breath part of the class as it was scheduled at the beginning to track my learning. Their live chat says that they are available until 7:00pm. But, as soon as they collect my information at 5:00 pm the system says no one is available at this time and the chat ends. PPI need more updates on their system, communications and instructors. It’s really hard to understand the heavy accent of the instructor.

This won't get you any closer to passing
While the website is (usually) easy to use, the content often has typos and doesn't feel like it was proofread, especially in quizzes. Used this to study for an exam and it is largely supplemental and not any more beneficial. In fact, taking the license exam's practice exam are more helpful both in style and the feedback/explanations for why answers are correct. Use the money you would for these courses for the reference materials instead.
Update: As most of these reviews have after posting, someone from PPI gives a generic response, then they email you and ask for more info, and you provide it and then they just don't give any response from there. Looks like a common theme in the other reviews; buyer beware.

Testing facility was terrible
Testing facility was terrible, super loud and not able to concentrate, they had people walking on the adjacent corridor and a classroom full of people I could hear from my station, terrible! I am usually able to finish practice tests in 1.5hrs roughly it took me 3 hrs and was not able to finish, people at the facility didn’t do anything about the noise either when I brought it up, terrible experience

I have emailed multiple times but get NO response. I am studying for PDD (ARE 5.0) and one of the videos (electrical) is incorrect, it uses an incorrect formula ( I checked this out) and some of the Qbank questions require multiple answers but only allow one answer to be input! It would be nice to get an answers to my E-mails.

ARE 5.0 content needs to be updated. case studies are trash.
content is too outdated and not in touch with the updated exam contents. the value of the subscription is also low for several reasons. 1. the video "lecturers" have very little experience which is reflected in how they convey knowledge--there is nothing actually being "taught" in these videos--you're really just watching them answer (not particularly challenging) practice questions. 2. the case studies are absolute garbage. nothing like the actual exam or the practice exams published by ncarb. the practice questions are the only aspect of these subscriptions that are actually useful. however, many questions are repeated. i think you can just purchase the mock exam and practice questions separately in print form if you already have the exam review. i used ppi for PcM and PjM and will NOT be using for the remaining exams.

Overall, not too bad.
Overall, the prep material is pretty well done. I think the material is fair in preparing one for the exams. I have a huge problem with the Project Management section videos. There is a presenter, Joe Andrada, who talks very inconsistently and his microphone cuts in and out on every video he has done. It is frustrating to the point where you cannot get much from the videos.

FE Chemical
Just failed the FE chemical exam and my resource was PPI. Unfortunately, it lacks an important section which is Material/Energy Balance (You have to look for another source because they just simply replaced it with the separation section). Also, some other materials were totally different than the actual covered material in the FE (Solids handling, Safety and Ethics.).
-The Q-bank generates many irrelevant and lengthy questions in comparison to the actual questions in the exam.
-Their services are overpriced.
To be fair the other materials were well covered in PPI and did good in them

PE Chemical Studying
PPI is a great resource for studying for the PE, I wish you were able to manipulate the timer on the Question Bank Quizzes though. It's set to a stock 15min/question, which if I want to get faster at solving the problems, I personally don't feel puts me under enough pressure. Everything else is great!

Still waiting for order placed last week with overnight shipping
This is from an email I sent the company on 6/5. As of 2:30PM on 6/6, still no reply and no books.
On Thursday, 6/1, I placed an order for 4 copies of NCIDQ Interior Design Reference Manual and requested expedited shipping- Next Day Air Saver-.
