Horrible Experience - do not buy here!
I have ordered a dual float system, the headset and a few other things. Well over a 1000 dollars in total. First they messed up the invoicing attached to the first order so the customs returned it to them. They claimed that they never got it back and said customs is not their problem. After some back and forth, they said they would take care about it, but once again, nothing ever happened. 2 years after ordering, the headset hasn't arrived either. When I sent them another mail claiming my money back or them dealing with all the open questions from our previous mail history, Ryan Roberts just gave a dismissing answer, clearly showing that he doesn't care about his customers, taking money for things he hasn't delivered or anything for that matter.
In thousands of online orders, I have never experienced such bad and arrogant customer service. Not once did I even consider taking a lawyer. For this one, I will even hire one in the US, because this is just not right.
