Mark the engineer came to assess and repair our Rangemaster cooker. It required a new element for the grill. I wasn't sure he would have one as the cooker is over 20 years old. But he did, and had it changed in a moment.
Quick, efficient and courteous.
Thank you.

Good Morning Mark,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your positive feedback about Mark, the engineer, and his repair of your Rangemaster cooker!
It's wonderful to hear that he was able to quickly and efficiently replace the grill element, especially on a cooker that is over 20 years old. We pride ourselves on having engineers who are well-prepared and resourceful, and it is fantastic that Mark had the necessary part right on hand.
I will make sure to pass on your compliments regarding his quick, efficient, and courteous service directly to Mark and his manager.
We appreciate you choosing us for your cooker repair needs!

A little disappointed with customer service
My mother used powerpoint and so i followed. I have used this company many times. Usually have a good experience but today did not go to plan. Instead of Powerpoint accepting there was a problem I was made to feel that I had done something wrong when seeking a new cooker. I was told I should have asked for a service I was unaware existed. Had I have known I most definitely would have asked for a pre -visit. Then the electrical problem would have been discovered. I would ask the person who took my call to listen and not lecture. The only positive experience today was the gasman Sherman, who could at least connect the hobs. No ovens until I find an electrician. I do thank PowerPoint for refunding the electrical installation costs initially charged. Some lessons learned I feel. Cooker looks great. Will be good when I can use it. Will still shop at PowerPoint.

Good afternoon Lynn,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your continued loyalty to Power Point. We're truly sorry to hear that your recent experience didn’t go as smoothly as it should have.
We understand how frustrating it must have been to encounter an unexpected electrical issue and to feel that your concerns weren’t properly heard during your initial call. We’re sorry that you feel that way. As you asked for a dual fuel cooker in a certain size and knew the make that you were originally looking for then there would be no need for us to provide a measure up service. Unfortunately the product that you were seeking was not quite the product that you asked for in store and our team would not know this.
On a positive note, we're glad to hear that Sherman was able to assist and that you're happy with the look of your new cooker. Thank you also for acknowledging the refund for the electrical installation—our aim is always to resolve issues fairly when they arise.
We’re grateful for your continued support and hope to provide a smoother experience next time.
Warm regards,
Customer Service Team
