Outstanding service
Excellent service from the store, and our repairman Matt in particular. Phoned them this morning about our dishwasher not working properly, same day appointment and fixed for a very reasonable call out fee. Whenever we have an issue with an electrical item, we know we can always rely on PowerPoint to fix it.

I cannot thank PowerPoint store in…
I cannot thank PowerPoint store in Oakengates enough, when my washing machine broke beyond repair on a Sunday evening I went into the shop on Monday, the lady that served me was helpful and friendly in helping me to buy the new machine. They could see I was stressed and offered to deliver it within ‘minutes’ (they were just heading out with the afternoon deliveries and would make mine the first) Then the two delivery men were great, they installed it and took the old machine away and were so helpful and professional. This is the reason to use local businesses, the service is the best and the price was great too, Thank you

Great repair service, highly recommend
Great experience, rang on Wednesday as had an issue with my washing machine not working and they said they'd be here Friday morning. Received a call around 8.30 from the office to say he will be here before 10.30 and then another call from the Engineer Marc just after 9am to say he'd be here in 15 mins. I found that really helpful as you're not waiting around wondering what time they will be here. Marc was really friendly and very knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 30 minutes of arriving and at a really good price. He even put my washing machine back for me and offered to clean the floor where the feet had left some scuffs. I really can't recommend this company enough, extremely happy with the service I received from start to finish. Thank you PowerPoint & thank you Marc. Now I'm off to do 5 loads of washing 😊

Good Afternoon,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and wonderful review! We are absolutely thrilled to hear about your positive experience with us from start to finish.
We know how frustrating a broken appliance can be—and how painful it is to sit around waiting for a mystery arrival window. Keeping you updated every step of the way is a top priority for our office team, so it's fantastic to know those courtesy calls gave you peace of mind.
We’ll be sure to pass your lovely comments directly to Marc. He always takes huge pride in his work, and offering that extra bit of care—like cleaning up scuffs—is just part of the stellar service he loves to deliver.
Best of luck tackling those 5 loads of laundry today! If you ever need our help again in the future, the whole PowerPoint team will be right here for you.

Brilliant local company with old fashioned values
Went powerpoint to find a new washing machine, they were very helpful and informative, we also bought a new fridge freezer. They were both delivered 2 days later and Gary was brilliant. He removed the old appliances and connected the new ones. Couldn’t have asked for better service and such helpful staff.

Perfect shop assistant.I had to purchase a washing machine without seeing it
I had to purchase a washing machine without seeing what choice I had,the reason being I’m unable to drive to get to the stores to choose what I want.fortunately, I had a lady on the phone who talked me through my choices. She knew the situation.she was excellent.cant remember her name unfortunately, but she certainly was perfect for the job. I felt secure..I love my new blomburg. I did forget to mention the delivery guys who were also equally as efficient on time and fitted the machine in no time at all. Thank you . Great company to deal with.
