She loved the T-Shirt. Size was a tad large but slightly shrunk after washing and drying. Print was very vivid and crisp, material was a very good quality.

Their ordering process sucks profoundly

I accidentally ordered TWO shirts instead of one, and within fifteen minutes of placing my order, began a three-day attempt to contact PowerNurseStore to modify/cancel order. Their website offers only a very limited menu of options, none of which include a place to write free text. Additionally, their phone number gives only TWO selections, neither of which does ANYTHING to contact them.

Great shirt!

Ordered the vintage nurse t-shirt in short sleeve, 3X purple color. It came in a large, long sleeved yellow color. I contacted customer service. They immediately sent out the correct item with an apology. Love my new shirt. The size is perfect. Just like the size chart dimensions. Washed and dried it, came out perfect. Very soft and comfortable when wearing. Would order from them again.

Saw this wonderful sweatshirt on facebook and ordered immediately Im a psychiatric nurse and this fits my life perfectly The sweatshirt is thick and substantial and meets my need of being cold all the time Glad I found this site and can help a small business out

WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

I ordered a shirt for a Mother's Day gift on May 8. Since that time, I have called, chatted, and checked with the company no less than 6 times. Each time, "they are so sorry, it is being prepared now, it will be there in 5-10 days, we are backed up due to COVID, we are prioritizing your order, etc. Below are 2 of the conversations:

I have emailed and each time am told it is scheduled to ship in 5 business days! This BS response has been going on since May 12. I am also a nurse and the COVID disclaimer expired a month or more ago!!!! IF you have no intention of fulfilling this order, let me know and i will cancel it.

I have been told about COVID, late orders, Delays, In progress orders, my order was going to ship in 5-10 days (multiple times!), and frankly I am tired of the BS excuses. My order was for a Mother's Day gift. The lame excuses are not working anymore. We are over 2 months.

Once shipped, you will receive an email detailing your tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment. It may take 24-48 hours before tracking information is made available to you once your order has shipped. While an exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed, a domestic order is expected to arrive within 5 to 10 business days after the order has shipped. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.
