They were so quick with responding to my request for help, and actioned my request exactly as I asked them - my one comment would be that the help 'form' questions about email addresses weren't very clear, but I put a detailed breakdown in the comment box and they read it, and understood what had happened. Sorted so quickly and easily, I have honestly never had such a positive experience with online customer support. I felt treated like a human (who cannot fill in forms accurately apparently!).

The initial process confirms the charitable status with ease, but struggles to link credentials for the people involved and the appeal process is quite hard to find. However, the response to the appeal process was quick and effective

Referred by a ticket sales site to verify our non-profit status. Referral was made on a Sunday afternoon and status was confirmed within an hours! Also, had a question that was submitted that same Sunday and received a detailed response answering the questions completely the same day. Very impressive.

Ours is a small nonprofit, volunteer-run organization, and in my initial application, the org was verified but the proof I was asked to send to prove that I was connected to the org was not. I contacted TrustPilot, sent what I could to verify that I was the president, and was very relieved to receive a message the next day that I could proceed. I had worried that Google was only prepared to support larger orgs with paid staff and other "corporate" characteristics. I am glad that small orgs can also be approved. I appreciated the personal response and support.
