I didnt change delivery address and they managed to sort it for me. Their swimwear is so good both quality and prices. Customer services are really good.

I placed an order and only realised afterwards that it was going to incorrect address that would have caused me a problem as miles away as I hadn't updated my address.
Sam managed to catch the order and update with my new address.
I think it really is worth going for a reputable firm such as por moi over things you see advertised online and get sucked in by as I recently brought a bra I'd seen advertised all over Facebook as being all singing all dancing despite never hearing of the company...Needless to say when it arrived it was absolutely awful ! You know por moi is always going to be lovely ! Would recommend

I love PourMoi products and have purchased from them for many years. I recently had an issue with a faulty item (for this first time ever). I literally have never had such a positive experience from customer service. They were extremely quick and super helpful. I’m so used to poor, or difficult, experiences with customer service this was such a pleasant surprise! I don’t often write reviews but this deserves a call out… thanks PourMoi!

Other than the fabulous swimwear I get from Pour Moi, the customer service is possibly the best. The agent’s friendly and helpful communication went above my expectations. Overall a very positive experience.

They trick you into signing up for emails by promising a free first order, but then the code doesn’t work.

Brilliant Customer Services from Sam today.
I ordered 3 swimming costumes, 1 had a slight problem which I won't go into. Sam asked me to send over a photo which I did, replacement cozy on its way to me.

10/10 quick, efficient and courteous assistance was received.

Items were beautiful only problem was the state it was delivered in not by PourMoi but Royal Mail .Contacted PourMoi to let them know, fantastic customer service Sam went above and beyond to sort .

Went in to the pourmoi store Leeds city Centre and wow the staff were amazing. I bought two bikini sets, two bras and a cover-up. The ladies are so kind and very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and what would suit my body type better ie the kind of bra’s I like. FABULOUS, FABULOUS, FABULOUS SERVICE.

Amazing customer service.
The metal attachment on my swimming suit straps lost colour. I contacted pour moi and the instantly offered me a refund or a replacement within less than 24 hours. So pleased, and will definitely order again. Thank you.

I love the style and fit but very disappointed with fading , particularly my cobalt blue tankini. I wash by hand and dry carefully out of direct sunlight. I don’t use it for swimming. It has faded after very very limited use. On thus basis I will no longer be recommending this company which is a shane as the tankini top worked well for me after my mastectomy x

I have brought a lot of lingerie from Pour Moi and have always found it to be of good quality and a good fit. Unusually I had an issue with the Viva Luxe Non Padded Side Support bra. This was the first issue I had ever had. When trying the bra on, for the first time, I pulled the left cup up; there was a strange ripping/popping sound coming from the elasticated trim, in the centre of the bra. I looked down and could see that the elastic trim was now baggy and seemed to loose its spring back. I think the sound I heard was the sound of the elastic failing. I contacted Customer Services and a replacement bra was sent out. It arrived quickly and is a better fit than the one I that was faulty.
It is never when things go well that you judge a company, it is always when you have a problem and I could not fault the response from Pour Moi. I will continue to purchase from them. They are a brand I trust.

Pour moi customers services is very efficient and responsive. I emailed them regarding an issue i had with an order that was missing from my parcel due no fault of their own. They arranged prompt delievry of a replacement. Highly recommend this company for their customer care and the quality and fit of the products.

Customer Service were super fast in responding after I emailed them to say a minor fault on a dressing gown I ordered. They even despatched a replacement item before the faulty one was returned. This was the first issue I have had with one of their products - everything else I have been extremely happy with - and I feel the quality and prices represent value for money.

Great customer service. Emailed my problem at 23:30 and all solved by 10am next morning. Very pleasant experience. Pjs and underwear just so gorgeous...
