I ordered from Potlala twice, and was 100% happy each time. But now when I go to their online store it says "We are currently updating our menu and not taking new orders. Please check back shortly. We apologize for the inconvenience." This has me worried. I might have enough left to last me one or two months, but I really hope that they start taking orders sooner than that.

Potlala is real and good. Very happy with my purchase from them. Good customer service too, always answered my email inquiries. Very good quality, it was a lifesaver for me.

So I have been buying product from them since 2018. I have only had one shipment returned because it busted open in the pouch and it alerted to post office. I got my money back in two days and my next shipment came with a better seal and no issues. These scam post are robots. If I could upload my history you would see. This site is way better than the other ones who rip you off.

Absolutely awesome. Zero problems. Sometimes they took a little long to deliver. But they are Legit!

I got totally ripped-off! They took ALL my money then got totally quiet. DON'T fall for their SCAM! It cost me over $300, all for nothing. Cute website, but notice their "testimonials" on the first page of their site. NO WAY for anyone to make their entry. CROOKED IS AS THIEVES DO!! PayPal is investigating them from their fraud dept.

Ordered from them twice. Both times they delivered. Overpriced, but hey, it's weed being sold to you over the internet. You can tell they are legitimate, because right now they are not accepting orders during this whole pandemic we are going thru. Hope they start taking orders again soon.

I didnt have any issues with this company, it was my first time ordering items from a website like this. I was sketpical at first and did my research, decided to go head and ordered. Came fast and on time, everything was perfectly sealed and discrete packaging. Loved the edibles! Finished them in two days haha. The concentrate was great. I recommend. Not sure why everyone else had issues.

TRUE SCAMMMMMMMMMM!!! I ordered and I received an email saying my order was shipped. Showing a pre-shipping label of a month ago. I sent an email and they told me that it was shipped from the warehouse and that the tracking would be updated that night. A few days later i received an email that they were out and a refund was issued.

My bank caught this early. They used my credit card number to create a Cash-App account to send money. My bank Fraud it immediately. I'm glad that I have a good bank. Please check your account from time to time as they could be using your card.

The only good thing about this company is that they will reply to your email within 24 hours, but please do not let that fool you!

Scam. Said it shipped, but the date on the tracking number was a month BEFORE I ordered. I talked to customer service and they said it was fine. A few days later I got an email that all items in my order were out of stock and I would be given a refund. How is that possible if it already shipped? So it seems like they never even shipped it in the first place and used a fake tracking number or something. Probably a way to phish for credit card numbers.

On March 22 2020 I placed a 100.00 order. The same night I received an email saying the order had shipped and I had a tracking number. When I checked the tracking number it it was dated February 5. Potlala blamed it on the USPS. They said wait 3 days and ask for a refund. I have yet to recieve it. I know I never will. They'll come up with any excuse to scam. Stay away from them. Tell anyone you know to stay away from them.

Fast shipping but I order 300 mg gummy and order showed and there was hardly any in the package. For $48 I expected more. I took 3 at once and felt nothing. Same thing next day. Nothing. All they did was give me a credit to purchase more nonworking product. They tasted horrible as well. Dont waste your money.

Haven’t bought from here yet, curious to see if they’ll send to a place that marijuana is not legal.. and if so is there away around packaging it openly

The shipping was fast and the packaging was tightly sealed. Ordered some cartridges along with some edibles. The carts they sent out were janky AF and one immediately broke. I was still able to salvage about half the oil by pouring it into an old one. Quality of the weed was decent, but nothing crazy.

My bigger issue was the edibles. Took 2 the first night and felt great. Went back a few days later and only ate one (out of the same package) expecting to have a chill Sunday and ended up having a horrible trip for about 4-5 hours.. As another user commented, I am pretty sure some of the edibles are laced. It reminded me exactly of a bad ketamine trip. I was suddenly hit with racing anxiety, zero balance, couldn't talk, and started hallucinating when I went to lay down. This was no weed high. It felt exactly like going into a bad K Hole.

Overall, if you have absolutely zero local options than maybe this site wouldn't be a bad last resort. Just be careful with the edibles...my guess is they are mixing them w something else to seem more potent.

I was kind of nervous seeing as the reviews on her were a mix between good and bad.. But my experience was great!! At first I. Couldn't order because the payment system was down I tried for 3 days finally it got fixed I order Wednesday night. Got a tracking number Thursday evening and I received package in Los Angeles VERY WELL PACKED Saturday! Prices are high butni will definitely order again .

Used potlala several times shipping times kinda long but received save and secure.weed is not bad maybe a lil to much nutrients kinda dry but depending on strain very good high.prices are a bit high for the quantity but I guess you are getting weed sent right to your door just make sure your state is leagle. Other then that I give them 4 out 5 stars

My package never arrived as per USPS tracking number.
And they still had the nerve to claim it did arrive - but, of course USPS begs to differ.
They refused to credit my cc or reship and then they ghosted on me.
My cc company provided full refund and they are now under investigation by the fraud division (that's NOT my fault - that's my cc card company's policy on all charge backs over $100).
Looks like a LOT of customers experience the same thing - it's probably their business model. Just deliver to enough people and scam the rest - hoping that consumers are stupid and don't know their rights - or, didn't use a cc. That's why you should ALWAYS use a CC for internet transactions. If I used a Debit card or Bitcoin, I would have been 100% screwed.
STAY away from these scammers - you have been warned.
Since they have my driver's license info, I have also contacted my attorney and other interested parties. They so much at sneeze in my direction - well, u get the message.
