This cost me £46 and a very upset elderly lady who did not receive her flowers and chocolates. I bought a voucher from ncrowd towards the cost. They have refunded 10.50. Not much considering they promoted posy bouquets
Placed an order 2 weeks ago and the flowers have never been delivered.
Customer service number is never answered. No response from emails

I placed an order on 3rd July and it still has not arrived - I have emailed and phoned the company and had no response. I would never use them again.
I ordered a Birthday Bouquet for my mums birthday as has had seen it pop up online, Was a little surprised that I had to even pay extra for the message card but really liked the bouquet, The flowers didnt turn up and I have not managed to get a response either by phone or from the several emails I have sent. I was swayed to buy from an online florist I hadnt used before as I saw a Covent Garden address and thought it must be a good florist to be trading in Covent Garden, To say I am livid is an understatement

Ordered flowers for daughter's birthday - well over 10 days in advance. Nothing arrived. Cannot get hold of anyone on phone - what a disgrace to let people down like this. I could quite easily have gone local but was an idiot to trust this bunch of thieves. Emailed but no reply. Will be informing Trading Standards
I ordered some flowers on the 6th June for delivery by the 18th June for a birthday and even paid extra for a baloon. Well today is the 19th and I have tried contacting the company but they have failed to respond to any of my communications. Very poor service and would not recommend them at all.
Ordered flowers from Posybouquet for my Boss birthday on Monday 8th June @ 8am. I made sure I paid £10 for next day delivery before 1pm. On Tuesday 9 I called and found out that the delivery did not arrive so I called the company with no luck. I tried all afternoon no one answer the call. I did email them and I received an email stating that it been despatch so I send them another email requesting for an explaination of why it was despatched yesterday instead of Monday. Finally the flowers arrived today I was so shocked when I my boss told me the flowers looked dead with leaves all over the place so I paid all in all £25 with postage for something that look like it has no value. Will not buy again and also will not recommend. I requested for my refund. Waiting for it now. So disappointed with the gift I ordered for my boss. Never again and because it ask me for a star. I would not waste my star with it. But I had to tick one so one it is :(
I ordered flowers for mothers day. They arrived promptly, this is why I have given posy bouquets one star. However they arrived dead. When I questioned this and provided photographic evidence, they said that the brown curled edges of the lilies where particular to this variety! I asked for a replacement / a refund. This was not forthcoming. I had advice from the Citizens Advice Bureau and quoted them in my correspondence with Posy Bouquets but still I have not had this issue resolved despite repeatedly emailing them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
It was first time to order with this company to send best wishes for my younger sister who she residing In Uni Hostels in Edinburgh. They send very fresh flowers and gifts items on time. Thanks posy bouquets team.
I have tried this company on the recommendation of my friend. I have ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday. I was disappointed when I have seen what they had delivered. I have ordered cerise gerbera with yellow lily, plus 50% extra freesia specifically. What turned up was gerbera, lilies, only two stems of freesia and they put extra roses which I have not ordered. I have complained them and at the end they have send me £10 voucher which was very disappointing because I feel it as my insult, if I have ordered freesia I suppose to get freesia. Although their customer service are good, the only thing which made happy.
I selected a hamper for my parent's wedding anniversary, which obviously was very cheap and affordable..but when my received that gift Hamper it was so fresh and with good quality chocolate..so happy to choose posybouquets. Definatly i will order for Christmas.xxxxxxx

I just want to share my experience and feelings on this special occasion the way this company treat me and my wife.i made mistake while placing order but they have excellent customer service, they corrected my mistake and deliver best fresh flowers on time.thumbs up posy bouquets team...thanks a lot.
For the funeral of Alice Gross, first time I have ordered flowers from Posybouquets.co.uk. I was very happy because next day right time, I got my bouquet. The quality of flowers was excellent as they have mentioned on their web site along with a handsome bar of Swiss Chocolate.
