Very friendly efficient service and very fast

First Purchase of custom sized boxes from Postpack. Very easy to order. Excellent product (to specification). Fast delivery (from order to delivery in 5 working days.) Excellent service by Postpack delivery driver. Texted 15 mins in advance of delivery and was a very pleasant and helpful chap. Top marks all round. Highly recommended.

Your shipping company of choice gave me a 10 hour delivery window 8am to 6 pm with a signature required. No updates during the day. I missed a call on the day of the first attempt. I explained that I couldn’t sit by my phone for 10 hours. The driver couldn’t find the house unlike 250 Amazon drivers and many others in the last year. The next day the package was delivered to the wrong house about 200 yards done the road. My carried the large package down a busy road. Pathetic delivery!

Over all good. Was a little slow getting here and delivery was a bit steep. Excellent range though, managed to find just the right sized boxes.

My boxes were exactly as I wanted and delivery was on time.

Had an issue with delivery which was not their fault. When I informed them of this, Emma was super prompt and professional in getting me a replacement sent.

Everything in my order was present and correct, but the packaging was shocking (rather ironic for a company selling packaging!) The items in my order were odd shapes, but tape used to seal the box was peeling off, it seemed only on a prayer that the contents were all safe.

Colours are true to what’s shown on the website. I ordered like green and navy and they are perfect.

Packaging was very large in size and one side, near the edge was damaged, however the flatpack boxes inside were not damaged.
Look good quality but haven't used them yet. Delivered at 9 pm.

There was a small discrepancy between goods ordered and goods delivered. I alerted PostPak about this and they responded very quickly, took responsibility and rectified the issue. Very good after sales support from PostPak. Very happy to order from PostPak in future.

You can customise your boxes to suit whatever you are shipping. I find Postpack particularly useful for eBay selling and the double-walled boxes are very robust giving you peace of mind when shipping musical equipment. Considering they are customising these boxes delivery times are very good.

Very useful service for packaging that isn't just the standard sizes.

Product good but delivery is not only expensive but they use DX Delivery company who are absolutely useless. Once again this delivery company failed to get the right address and I’ve had to walk up the road because they left it at the local pub! Later than expected as well.
No option given to express deliver this item and if I’d know DX were going to deliver wouldn’t have used it at all.

I have been using Post Pack for a little over a year now and I have always been happy with the service and speed at which the items have been processed and delivered. Any queries have always been attended to promptly and the customer service has been at a high standard.
The quality of the goods has always been high and I like the way you can search for size of the box you need via the 'Box Finder' which is super helpful and the variety of colours is great for our client base who require various colour options for their activities.
