It's a scam. They still advertise the free plan in various places (even on this review site "Free Digital Signage Software by PosterBooking") and now I have lost access to my media, screens as cannot do anything until I pay!!

It is not possible to cancel
It is not possible to cancel your subscription. I have tried to contact support over the last few weeks, but no response so far. I had to contact my bank so they could cancel my Visa card so i dont get charged anymore.

From FREE to £288 Per Year!!
Like many others, I was drawn to Posterbooking because it was a free solution to display our presentations on tv screens. Unfortunately, without any notice at all, Posterbooking have removed the free option completely and no I am locked out of my account unless I agree to pay them £24 per month for their basic plan.
I completely get that they need to make money, however, they could have reduced the functionality of the free plan to a couple of screens or at least give some notice of the changes, so I'm really disappointed with their lack of integrity to their users. I also feel like a jump from FREE to £288 per year is a big jump to expect users to pay so unfortunately I will be looking at other solutions.

Highly recommended!
As a marketing agency we have had the best solution for visual advertising screeens delivered for our hospitality clients in the UK and delivered by PosterBooking. They have been awesome to work with.
Their digital advertising screens are high-quality and deliver clear, crisp visuals. The ease of customization allows us to change our campaigns on the fly for our clients and the team is always responsive and accommodating to our needs.

Not free as claimed
These lot built a following with the offer of 10 free screens. Then added watermarks, now removed the free plan. I wouldn't use them if you plan to build your shop signage for free.

Was using the free plan
Was using the free plan, was told they would add a watermark, fine... now you can't use it without giving them money. Not happy at all, the price is way to high anyways.

Elimination of Free plan
I was using the product under their free plan. In June 2023, I was informed that they would be adding a watermark to all screens starting July 1st which I was ok with. July 20 I logged into their software was locked out of using it unless I upgraded to a plan that would cost $30 for the Basic plan or $297 for the professional plan for the year. They free offering will end August 5th. I was not given any email notice of this change and I cannot manage any of my content as the management screen is locked. I'll be looking for a new company that values its customers enough to provide proper notice of changes.

Just AWESOME!
We have been using PosterBooking as an information system in a public high school cafeteria and have been displaying public safety announcement images, lunch menus and other weekly schedules. The screens are running 24 hours a day and have been on for over a year now without any issues.
