Now months after my first session with Humam, I have a completely different outlook on life and have addressed areas of my life that I hadn’t had the courage or knowledge to before, no matter how much I’d tried on my own.

I have new tools to use, a healthier inner dialogue, and a more constructive perspective of myself, my relationships, my professional life and my personal projects/aspirations.

A few weeks back I attended a session that Humam led on transforming stress into vitality. I found the workshop to be very powerful because it went deeper, to root causes, instead of staying at the surface. He created a safe space for sharing and facilitated an exchange between the participants that helped us feel both supported and less alone in what we are facing. I have been working with Humam for the last few years. Throughout all these years, I have been amazed by his work ethic as a knowledgeable coach, highly ethical and grounded human being and a solid professional guide who can lead you smoothly toward the safe place you are looking for.
My story started in 2014 when I had to leave a high-ranking job, a great professional position and even a loving husband. I went through a major transition to a new country carrying frustration, sadness and an inflamed ego. Humam was exactly what I needed then.
The way he listened to me and engaged with my concerns was free of judgment and full of compassion and understanding. I felt as if he gave me a lifesaving vest during one of the toughest periods of my life. I literally began to reinvent myself. He helped me see myself as a human being who could stand on her own without big titles. My ego softened and my true self, as a woman in her late fifties, began to appear clearly for the first time.
Because of Humam, I discovered that I love painting. I enrolled in a nutrition school with students in their twenties and realized there was nothing wrong with being part of a younger community. In fact, it strengthened my confidence even more. His ability to feel my pain and help me redirect it toward something constructive was truly remarkable.
All that I have shared is only a small part of what Humam supported me through. I have kept my work with him all these years because he has consistently helped me navigate the roadblocks of life with clarity, compassion and steady guidance.

Con él avanzas. Decides. Te mueves. Cambias. Te retas.

Human is a fantastic guide. I had many reservations about launching a family business project. I had put in a lot of effort to make it happen and didn’t feel equal effort from my sister. Communication had gotten icy and the project was stalling. I didn’t know how to express myself to my sister and move forward. Humam and I have started sessions to work through this.
