Unable to contact Portusdigital website. I have a 5 year warranty on my pc and can’t contact them online.

I have a Portus desk top and it is brilliant except for the camera which is beyond terrible. Everything is blurred and fuzzy.

Not sure what happened to them. Vanished off the computer market after a merger. All the original staff who made the company good seemed to leave.

A Super Company to buy from, always a fast response from them. Our company wouldn't buy from anywhere else.

Customer service is outstanding. A failed component - the power adapter - happens from time to time, but to have it replaced under warranty with next day delivery (depending on Royal Mail, but still next day) with one easy phone call to someone who obviously cares about what he does, that doesn't happen every day. Well done. Use this company!

Can't recommend highly enough!

The year is 2023 & I was still running my old & trusty Desktop with Windows 7. Kept it going over the years but being a Photographer & no updates for Windows7 programs, meant they would not work any longer. Did the research, Portus Digital was the best deal I could find for my needs 3 year warranty very good price too.
Delivery & customer service were second to none, had slight issue, fixed remotely so no sending PC back. Almost forgot it is whisper quiet & very fast!

The PC was delivered very quickly and arrived exactly as ordered. Setting it up was a smooth and easy process, which enabled me to get it up and running in just a few minutes. This was my first experience of Portus, but I'm definitely going to use them again in the future.

Have yet to receive the computer yet, but if the help I was given by the sales manager and customer services are anything to go by I have no doubt the computer will be up to scratch. If not, I’ll do another review.
Very impressive support from a British company

A New Year. A New Computer

"It's been a number of years since purchasing my last computer. It's been in constant use on an average of four/six hours a day and recently began showing serious worrying signs of fatigue. On the advice of my computer guru (I am not tech savvy so need a trusted guru), I decided to purchase a new model. I normally go for tried and tested well known providers, but was finding it difficult to know which model to go for. While looking around, the company PORTUS DIGITAL crossed my path. I was initially a bit wary given that it's a relatively new computer provider relatively recently coming on the scene, but after discussing coming across Portus with my guru, who took a look at what they had to offer, he gave his blessing to me taking a close look at what they might have available that might suite me. I phoned and spoke to their customer advisor Aaron. I am pleased to say Aaron proved extremely helpful and at no time, did he attempt to dazzle me with pressuring sales talk but happily spent time talking me through what I felt I needed. The upshot was that after chatting with Aaron, I went back to my guru and relayed what Portus were willing to offer me which he felt was a good deal. I then contacted Aaron again and agreed I would purchase a computer tailored to my specfic needs/requirements. I was pleased when he said that once I made my payment, my computer would be with me within two to three working days. True to his word, it was with me within two days and I have now been using it for almost a week. I have to say that to date I am very very pleased with my purchase and do not bel;ieve I could have got the same spec at such a good price anywhere else I love it and feel quite confident that with the three year parts and labour guarantee and free repairs pick up and return (which hopefully I will never need) I have been provided with a great deal. My thanks to Aaron for his patience, helpful advice and support. and thank you PORTUS DIGITAL for giving me such a good personal deal. "

Have had the PC for one year now stuck on blue screen. Cannot get it to reboot

My new SSD was delivered fast and is exactly as described. Very fast speeds!

I purchased a HTC desire 20 pro mobile phone from Portus Digital early 2022. Subsequently within a couple of months the phone developed a fault within the camera. I reported the fault to the supplier, they assured me they would sort the the problem with either a repair or replacement. After returning the phone to a uk address, a replacement was received within the promised 2 week time frame. Very pleased with the outcome.

Great product provided with quick delivery.

Bought a Samsung Smart Watch especially so that I could use it for payments with Samsung Pay. Does not work as the watch could only be used for Samsung Pay in the United Arab Emirates. Spoke to Samsung UK who confirmed that the watch could not be modified.
Otherwise the price was good and the watch works fine for other apps.

A very quiet pc. we are very pleased with our Portus pd B03 its fast, quiet and looks good and was very reasonably priced. would recommend

A really nice computer, delivered on time and the packing returned for recycling. What's not to like?

Ordered on the 26th of September delivered on the 27th. I am extremely happy with this computer. It is silent and very fast for a low-end computer and I love Windows 11 compared to Windows 10. I have recommended this company to a friend of mine, and he has just ordered the same one. The service from this company is second to none.

Well this was my very first AIO. I love it. It cuts down on my messy space. I now have more places to put stuff. lol I really wish I had done it before. I started with Windows 10 because I was comfortable with it. I changed to the recommended Windows 11. It was so easy to do. I never lost a thing. Recommended for all.
