Portico respond quickly to any query. They will communicate by whatever means the customer chooses. This was my first experience with Portico Invest and they thoroughly impressed me with their service. I’d like to express my gratitude to James from the Portico Invest team for his patience in talking me through the Vera Mitchell development, in Leicester.. The rental and capital growth prospects stack up very well, and after a quick visit to the area I’m confident it is an ideal for investment. The apartment is only a month or two away from completion but was still available at the off-plan purchase price.

We finally went to visit the vicinity of the Church Walk development, in Liverpool, where we recently exchanged on an apartment. Construction is well progressed and the location and its rental prospects are exactly as described. We are very excited for completion.

These guys know what they are doing
These guys know what they are doing. When I first spoke to Emily she wanted to know about me and what I wanted from my investment. We then looked at two developments that were in different cities but had similar prospects. Liverpool was better choice for me and my family for personal reasons. Emily has been professional and friendly throughout and returned calls, answered queries and emailed information most efficiently.

They kept it simple
Professional service from zacc all the way through. Everything was kept easy to understand and he never moved on until we understood everything. All questions were answered with the same clarity. Lola took charge of the exchange process and kept everything and everyone on track until the exchange took place. They worked around us
James was a really likable and friendly chap and I enjoyed learning from him and gaining valuable information about property investments. What I really appreciate is the constant flow of information and communication, even at weekends. My partner and I could sit down and go through things at times suitable for us, and make a list of questions.
