I bought a fan under false pretence , I sent it back , I've been told they refunded my money , and in spite of me telling them that there's no knowledge of their refund in my bank ,they are ignoring my messages , this company shouldn't be able to trade and I hope they will be stopped .
I paid £27-00 to send it back on 13-07-26 .
I wish to warn people to never buy things from China as they are selling rubbish under false pretence .

I tried to return a portablecooler no address to return it .I don't know how I can return it .
I received through Relay ,but I need a return code to return it .

I strongly advise caution when ordering from PortableCoolerPro. I refused delivery of an incorrect item, but the company has still not refunded me. They gave conflicting explanations and have now stopped replying altogether. I am out £125.22 for a product I never received. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Do not waste your money, this is a complete con. The products which arrived 4 weeks later are NOT Coldeez cooling ace, they are sub standard M60 tower fans which are worth no more than £10 each, mis selling at its best. When asking for a refund, remember there is a 30 day money back guarantee, you get sold you have to pay to ship them back and got offered £15 to keep them. Disgraceful, DO NOT buy anything form this company

Absolut nicht zu Empfehlen!
Es sind einfach nur kleine etwas leisere Ventilatoren, die nicht wie angegeben die Luft kühlen sondern wie jeder herkömmliche Ventilator ein bisschen Wind machen. Außerdem wird geworben, dass in seinem Bundesland ein Lager wäre was anscheinend absolut nicht stimmt, denn wenn man die Geräte zurück schicken will bekommt man eine Chinesische Adresse zugesandt oder man könne die Geräte behalten wlund würde 10€ erstattet bekommen (was beim bestellen von 3 Geräten die nicht das halten was versprochen wird ein absoluter witzt ist) Man bekommt zwar antworten vom Support, diese sind aber einfach nur standardisiert und egal was man schreibt oder darauf antwortet bekommen man immer ein und die selbe Antwort. Also lieber Finger weg!15.7.26

⚠️ WARNING!!! I GOT SCAMMED AND SOME OF MY INFO PROBALY GOT SOLD ON THE BLACK MARKET!!! ⚠️ my gullible brother bought this for our family and lets just say it is terrible. The fan speed is terrible and it does not even cool, the fan discussed as a ac also broke in the first 10 minutes, the broken fan is also way smaller then what they show, it is only 26.3 cm tall which for a ac is TINY, when I also checked the website it has i high chance of selling the data you give to them on the black market/web as it also forces you to give a lot of info instead of using PayPal or a different method. It also took 25 DAYS TO ARRIVE, which is INSANE for a ac in the UK heatwave. And it says that you can get a extra discount if you submit some more info to them and of COURSE my brother had to do that and now I have a bunch of spam ad emails and also my brother used MY INFO because apparently "he was nervous subbiting his info" and also the website was pressuring him to order it now because "the 50% off deal ends today" even though it has never ended. In conclusion, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT FOR ANY REASON

Zum ersten kam der Artikel , obwohl ich den Kauf noch am selben Tag storniert habe,trotzdem bei uns an, und das auch noch nach extrem langer Zeit. Darüber hinaus mussten wir feststellen das es sich um billige Chinaware handelt . Die Internetseite, über die wir bestellt haben, ist nicht mehr auf zu rufen. Vorsicht, zudem ist das Gerät noch nicht einmal die Hälfte des Kaufpreises wert.Dann besser einen preisgünstigen Ventilator kaufen. Wir schauen mal wie es sich bei einer Rücksendung entwickelt. Nach meinen Erfahrungen nur mit hohen Rücksendekosten ( die wir "natürlich" selbst tragen müssen) obwohl kostenloser Rückversand ausgewiesen ist. Schauen wir mal

Artikel (Tischventilator) kam zu spät bei uns an. Darüber hinaus stellten wir fest, dass die Ware aus China kam. Obwohl 30 Rückgabefrist (kostenlos) ausgewiesen war, bekommen wir 2 Alternativen: Artikel behalten mit kleinem Preisnachlass oder Rückversand auf eigene Kosten. Die Internetseite, über die wir bestellt haben, ist nicht mehr darstellbar.
Nachdem wir uns preislich geeinigt haben, nutzen wir den Cooler und sind sehr zufrieden. Er läuft sehr leise und schafft bei der Wärme ein angenehmes Raumklima
