It was a smooth experience. I arrange for the calibration of our Metrel tester and everything went very well. The sales and support representative, Rodrigo del Melchor was very helpful in assisting me with all my queries. Great team!

What do you want? An award for doing what you are in business to do? Credit for putting 4 items in a envelope and successfully mailing it. I paid you do do that! How did I do? Did I pay for the goods? Was my payment method to your liking? Did I pay fastest enough at checkout? Everyone get a certificate for taking part, just like at preschool.

The service is quick and efficient - the only thing I would suggest is move on from the offensive habit of saying 'your tester is ready, as soon as we see the money you can have it back' - this is outdated and a poor business model
